Molly V. (The person who responds to all these 1 star reviews) is a NARC and doesn’t exist. I challenge anyone to try to call that number or email their support and “ask for her personally”. You will be waiting until your head explodes from the anxiety cerebral has caused you. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Edit: Thanks for the automated reply below Stephanie! Asking for you vs. Molly makes no difference in me not being able to get connected with anyone to resolve the stress Cerebral has caused me. 2nd edit: Cerebral flagged this review because they don’t believe it is authentic. Just take a look at all the other 1 star reviews and tell me this wasn’t a truly horrible experience I had that caused me to so intently try to keep people away from them.

Easy to set up and very beneficial all the way around.

edit: I have since changed to therapy instead of the counselling and it's been amazing. I love my therapist, she is wonderful. we meet every week and text throughout the week. it's been good. original: I wish the video chat with my counsellor was longer or more often. Texting with them is great but sometimes talking it out is needed. I love cerebral and so far that’s the only thing I’d change.

Would highly recommend! They have done more for me in one month than anyone local has ever done! Everyone is kind, caring, and a great listener!

Sessions with councilor were awfly short.

Ive had a great experience, I do therapy and meds for aniexty and depression, so far so good.

I wouldn’t even rate this scam a 1 star but I had to just to get my message out there!! First, they advertise “$30 for the month of may blah blah blah for mental health month” THEN after you pay the $30 you get hit with the “okay now upgrade your account for “$100, “$265”, and so. They “recommended” the $100 and some for me. So.. I upgraded, because I was seriously trying to get help!!! Now, I’m up to $139 for this scam they call “therapy and medication.” I chose my “care counselor” and provider and waited for the appointments. I met with my “care counselor” who, in real life I would have never went back to see. I was treated like a child, told to “repeat after me”, and given “journaling” homework and then told he was going on vaca so he’d be unavailable for the next week or so. And that was that! The day after it was my appointment with the provider. I rushed home from work to get on the computer to sit in the virtual waiting room. I sat for 35 minutes while the provider was offline the whole time. So I followed the directions it gives you on that same webpage “if for any reason your provider doesn’t show.” At this point, I felt like I was scammed. I received a response the next day asking me to chose a different doctor, and then wait so more? I was already over the whole thing and figured I had already wasted 2 weeks with this process and scheduled a traditional appointment. In the meantime I re-read the promotion on the website and realized I had been way over charged and now I was furious. I reached out again, asking for my money back since I wasn’t provided the services I paid for and I paid way more than what the initial price was supposed to be. ALL TO BE TOLD THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY PAYMENT! I sent my receipts from the company itself + my transactions reports on my card. Now, I’m being told I was charged the difference because I upgraded. Excuse me? It didn’t give me any other option but to chose one to move forward? On top of that, the provider didn’t show so the service I was upchaeged for WASN’T complete! I tried going on my account to delete my debt card info just to be even more upset that my card info cannot be removed. So I had to reach out again and ask that be removed. Here it is, a week or more later, and my debt card info is still saved! Why? So they can charge me more for a service I do not receive? I have asked numerous times for the charges to be revised. I’m here leaving this review in hopes it lets this company know that I will not be quiet about their fraudulent “company” and after I’m done with this review I’m reporting them to my bank so the charges can be disputed before they try taking more money from my account. This is my first review of many. I’ll continue on down the list. Leave this review for as many ppl to see. I hope they see this before they chose to get money and time taken from them. I wish I had read about this company before I got myself in this sus situation!!!

I wish there were options to have longer in depth sessions. I thought I'd have more time talking to the counselor.. atleast once a week. 30 minutes once a month is kind of ridiculous.. I couldn't find any other options on the website either. Otherwise, it's been very convenient to have a team helping me with the journey to becoming myself again.
