Trying out Cerebral has been one of the best decisions I have made for my mental health. The cost is comparable to going to a therapist and provider for medication. It's super easy to find a time for my appointments while at home. My therapist has been thorough and super helpful.

Cerebral continues to impress me with the care they provide. I am excited for my recovery. For example, I have an appt. Which I've been looking forward to, and I've been notified via every single way i could be notified. Text, Email, and follow up Email. I had a hard time wanting treatment cause I didn't think it was personal to others as it is for me, but cerebral gets it, they make me feel like they are involved and that's huge for me and I've only been with them for a month. Terrible service, and care. Not worth anything. No one gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time. It’s a money grab. My mental health got worse dealing with them.

I struggled with so many emotions, I’m always angry, sad, anxious, lonely I felt unwanted, ignored, unloved. I was nervous to try Cerebral because let’s face it- we all feel like nothing will help but I promise- cerebral helps! Everyone you meet is so beyond kind and their main focus is helping YOU! You don’t get better over night but you can get better over time :) 10/10 recommend Cerebral.

I find this style of therapy helpful. I have a busy schedule with quite a bit to work around. The fact that it is tailored around that and the providers and counselors are so very helpful and fantastic, you have a long term customer here.

The service is great the people are very helpful and wonderful. I think the app could be more user friendly and it can be a little hard to navigate at first. The insurance has been an issue for me as well but other than that I LOVE the service and the people and I can't express that enough. People make the difference.
