I’d never reccomend this company. I got placed with a therapist who never listened to me and wrote down whatever she wanted to write, she tried to get me to connect with my abuser & didn’t put that in there. They put me on a medication that is increasing the risk of suicide in people under 21.... that medication did the same for me. It made me feel a way I hadn’t felt before. They told me to continue even if I wanted to unalive myself on it. Didnt offer a switch until the last meeting. I’m not gonna keep paying to be at risk of dying because of a therapist who won’t listen to me and is pushing meds! They then charged me 325 for the next month although I had already requested a cancel. I told them I could have died listening to their staff and they said deal with it. Hi, after this review I was contacted by customer support. Stafanie called and was by far the one of the most understanding coordinators. Unlike the other ones she actually saw the issue with the problem and reassured me that she had looked into it. They’ve refunded me and she even offered to help me find in person support. Although my first experience wasn’t well, I wouldn’t not tell people to use cerebral but I would say if there’s any problems with your therapist or medication make sure you push for it to be changed or switched sooner than later even if you feel no one is listening.

Thought I would give them a try. Started a profile but was unable to finish it in one sitting. When I signed back in their system immediately wanted my credit card info even though I had not finished my assessment. So I used another email and this time again they want you to pay them before they even let you know if they can help you. Got to the part where you check if your insurance will cover their service. Had a problem with that and contacted them through email. Have received no help whatsoever. What would take someone five minutes to do is taking them a week. Yet, I am flooded with emails and texts asking me how their service is going for me. I do not see how this place is staying in business. What a waste of time and money. Exploitation of a segment of the population that can easily be taken advantage of. This should be illegal. Update: 060421 Just received a reply on Trustpilot, not directly from Cerebral for me to Contact support@cerebral and Stephanie can assist me. I'm skeptical because with three requests: 454396, 450202 and 456448 with Maria, Rico, Catherine and Kyle all replying nothing has been resolved yet. This must be a joke right? Update: 060521 Finally received an email from another coodinator from Cerebral letting me know that my insurance is not one that is accepted by their company. My problem with that is that during sign up their drop down menu lists my insurance company as an option, giving me the impression that they are in network. This is not so. As of this writing there are only about 10 companies across the US that are considered in network with Cerebral. It certainly would have been nice to know this during sign up but their system is not set up to be that simple. I still think it is wrong that this company will take your money without you even knowing what services it may bet that they can provide. i signed up with them as a friend had signed up and was having a good experience so far. Now after my friends first session with a counselor that they really liked they are unable to get another session with the same counselor as that counselor is booked out for several months. It looks like Cerebral is in for a lot of growing pains but would benefit from taking the time to try to forsee some of what these problems may be so that they can prevent them repeating.

My experience with Cerebral has been great. I did have to wait a little longer than anticipated to receive my initial meds. I was compensated on my fee for the following month though!

I’ve had a few hiccups while using cerebral. First, my provider said she wanted to see me again in a month. I was unable to schedule an appointment. I spoke to my care team about it and it took a long time to figure out my provider would no longer be working for cerebral. So I then picked another provider, and was still having a hard time scheduling an appointment. The process just took long and it was stressful that the app was not working properly. Other than that, I have loved it. The people are professional and kind.

Cerebral is a great site to use. The people are very helpful and eager to find a solution to your mental health. They are their 24/7 with advice and answers to questions or words to help you along when the day is too dark. I would recommend Cerebral to anyone that needs help or anyone that feels their service isn't going above and beyond for them.

Good service and kind people, but terrible customer service. I tried out the service for a month to see how it worked for me. On the first day of the second month I was charged for a second month but I wanted to cancel my subscription. Customer service then proceeded to cancel my account and all of my meetings / prescriptions but would not refund the second month that I was not getting. A completely ridiculous term and condition making me feel as a customer that their goal was not to provide a good service, but instead to nickel and dime their customers to death. Update: Cerebral in response to my difficulties proceeded to make the situation right with me by waiving their terms and conditions and refunding not only the second month, but the first month as well. Truly a top notch response to a negative situation that has fully restored my faith in company.
