My experience has been very positive…
My experience has been very positive with my Cerebral counselor because she’s very thorough, provides specific resources tailored to my personal issues and gives me assignments that assist me in dealing with my issues between our sessions. I am very pleased with my therapist here at Cerebral. I also love the appointment reminders… they are so helpful!!! Thanks, Cerebral!

Better than expected
My video call went very well. I felt very comfortable. We covered a lot in the 15 minutes that we had. She was very resourceful. Gave me a lot of useful and beneficial information it was awesome. We went straight into what I needed. She verified my pharmacy and everything was done the same day.

DISPUTE THE CHARGES !
DISPUTE THE CHARGES Get ready for the next class action lawsuit. They mislead people into signing up and paying $95 and only then after you've paid do they say they can't prescribe adhd medication.

Cerebral changes Prescribers almost monthly!
I have tried Cerebral twice and my wife once. Guess I'm a sucker. Every time I log on they change my prescriber, I must restate all my history and issues again. Just to have a new prescriber next.. They also canceled my appointments with less than 24hr notice. Lastly, if you are close to renewal they WILL NOT grant refills on your meds. This is outright medication blackmail.

I received an appointment and medication very quickly
I received an appointment very quickly even though it was New Year’s Eve. My appointment went very smoothly and my provider was very kind and thoughtful. She prescribed exactly what I was looking for. My prescription was sent to my local Walgreens and I had medicine in hand within 24 hours of signing up with Cerebral. The medicine has been a lifesaver and I am extremely happy I signed up.
