The help I needed
I have been needing help for a while now but had no idea how to go about getting it in the traditional way. I don’t have insurance and I work 7 days a week just to be able to barely barely cover the cost of rent. I tried managing things in my own for years. I educated myself as much as possible and worked really hard making a small amount of progress. I started therapy with a different service when they gave me a reduced price because of my financial situation. Which was and is going well but because of a crisis triggered by the death of someone very close to me I saw myself quickly spiraling down to a place I knew to be dangerous and I knew I needed more help. Cerebral has been able to give me that little bit of extra help that I needed. I am so grateful to my Cerebral doctor. I was desperately needing help and they were able to provide that to me. I had to borrow some money from a friend which was enough to cover 4 months of help with Cerebral. Wish me luck that maybe I’ll be better after that?
