Never received the medication prescribed. Doctor didn't even show up to my last appointment today, and nobody would answer their support line to figure out why. The previous reply says to reach out to the same number I called and didn't get an answer from EDIT: Their reply tells me to call the same number that I called twice yesterday. No one answered and after a period on hold I was sent to voice-mail both times. Their reply only cements how worthless they are

Such an amazing group I have, they have taken the time to listen and have been just a touch away if I need anything, verses using traditional therapy!!

Took my money for the month of august even though I canceled my subscription. Customer service didn’t even try to give me any type of refund at all. Would never use cerebral again or recommend it to anyone who wants to try out online counseling. — UPDATE: Stefanie reached out to me and was able to work something out with a refund and took some feedback to better future experiences. Other than the situation with some customer service representatives the care was great. Thanks stefanie.

I had thought about getting help for my mental health for a while, but the process to even get started was overwhelming. Getting signed up and started with Cerebral was so easy and quick. Working with my team has been great. The provider I met right when I started was great and really made me feel so much more comfortable with the process. I have felt better in the last month than I have in years. I’ve already recommended it to several family members and friends. I genuinely cannot recommend Cerebral enough.

I signed up for Cerebral in June because I specifically wanted to focus on my depression, anxiety, and hopefully testing my presumed ADHD. I asked that I get therapy only, no medication. I met with the team for an intro meeting and haven’t seen them since. I was just told today that my appointment was pushed back again until October. I was offered a replacement person but why would I want to have a deep conversation with someone besides my therapist? Then I was told I was on the medication/counseling plan which confused me because I specifically said I wanted therapy only and NO medication. So the therapy I should have been getting once a week never happened nor did any counseling or anything! They offered me twice to receive a 50% off, and then I realize, I’m paying for this?!? Paying for what?? On top of the fact that they can’t provide ADHD testing for my state yet but failed to tell me that prior, at our intro meeting, when I could have saved my money and got another therapist. I’ve requested to cancel and a full refund. After reading these reviews, I think this is a scam 😒
