Very good service

My only issue is that I can’t figure out how to schedule my next appointment with my care counselor. Otherwise I love Cerebral and the Cerebral app.

They DONT clearly explain the plan instead they use cheap or promotional rates to swindle mentally sick people into joining there plan within one month of use they up the price tremendously everything is done via zoom or message you can’t call and reach anyone they have npswho sit at home in their bed and pick which medications they “think” is best for you . Mine gave me melatonin after clearly being diagnosed with depression anxiety and insomnia . I paid 325 $ for something I could have given myself from walmart . They manipulate sick patients into thinking they care yet the only interest they have is automatically withdrawing money from your account with out your consent or a written document I have asked them several times to send over the documents where it saids my price will increase after a month and still I don’t have the documents that say that . I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO A ANT LET ALONE A HUMAN BEING WHO SUFFERS IN SILENCE EVERY DAY .

I think Cerebral so far has been very helpful. I do wish to see my care counselor longer than 30 minutes and weekly but the time I do have has been decent enough and I’m thankful.

I love cerebral! Its hard to get mental healthcare without insurance that covers it! This is affordable and so helpful! I feel like I’m finally starting to get back in control of my life again!

I've been loving Cerebral so far. When I needed help, my team was super helpful in getting me in touch with my prescriber within a day. I've had great experiences with my care counselor, my prescriber and my care assistant and believe I'm in great hands.
