Get the marketing team or agency to pair with developers to sanitize your incoming data. I joined via Instagram and put in false information, because I didn't want to share it with Facebook (Insta's Parent Co). The fake data was pulled directly into Cerebral, which caused all kinds of delays and hiccups in the service. Would highly recommend confirming data of new signups. Update: Aug 25th 2021 - Changed rating to 4 stars. Team worked with me to fix account issues - mostly. Still in contact via email. Good customer service!

Makes getting mental health care accessible and affordable.

The therapist they provided seemed underqualified, didn't really connect with her. That's not really a knock on the system itself. What WAS bad about Cerebral, the company, was that they make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. There is no option to do so on the main website. You need to send a request to a special email, which takes a while to respond. Then they make you fill out a "cancellation form." I promptly filled it out...and...they STILL charged me on the next cycle! I disputed the charge and told Cerebral that I'd submitted my cancellation form. They said it was "still processing", so I waited, forgot about it...and then sure enough, they charged me AGAIN! What a scam.

You’re not able to schedule appointments in advance for the therapy and medication so you can end up waiting weeks for another session but you’re paying over $300+ for weekly sessions. For that alone the service isn’t worth it. You’re better off with just the medication plan.

This has been truly life changing. My counselor and provider have been absolutely amazing. I'm so glad I started this journey to mental health wellness.

I would recommend Cerebral to anyone who can afford it and needs help. I could not find a psychiatrist and I am struggling. They are very helpful and supportive and kind. My medication was sent the same day. They are worth every penny even if I can't afford it.
