I cannot even begin to explain what a great experience I am having with Cerebral and the mental health professionals I've been matched with. I first heard of the service through a really well-done Facebook ad and I was sold. I needed to replace my psychiatric nurse practitioner at the time anyway, I was actively shopping around (which had proven challenging) and then boom. It's been a very positive experience from the beginning. I even signed up for the full package and decided to get a therapist too. I already had a therapist but I couldn't resist the value. There was a hiccup or two but nothing major to make me want to cut ties. I've never used a service like this for mental health before. I've always gone to traditional doctors and done it the old school way. I thought this might be a risk somehow, given how much medication I'm on and how closely it needs to be monitored but honestly, it was the better choice. I can't believe what quality service I am getting. Both my therapist and my psychiatric nurse practitioner are incredibly knowledgeable, engaged and really make an effort to help. This is seriously some of the best customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. I am so happy I found Cerebral.

They billed me for the wrong plan. After a month of asking them to change it. They refused and then told me they couldn’t do anything about it.

I have made several attempts to get an appointment with a proper prescriber. However, even the last prescriber could not fulfill my prescription in its entirety. Furthermore, I have requested for a simple letter to be signed by my prescriber and everyone on the team is just curbing the responsibility to someone else. It's been longer than 7 days since I had a response or an update.

I’m not usually one to do reviews but cerebral has been LIFE CHANGING for me. I was in a horrible place before starting my my counseling partner Lea. She’s given me tips on how to manage my anxiety and mental health in general. And just checks in to make sure everything is going good. The providers here have been amazing as well and actually listen and try to understand what’s going on rather than throw a prescription at you. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who struggles with mental health.

I feel like my care person is too young....or I'm too old. I have only spoken with her once and I know that's really not enough time to establish any kind of connection but I just don't want to waste anyone's time. She seems genuinely caring but I feel more like I'm talking to my daughter than someone I want to take advice from.

If you actually want proper care with Cerebral, prepare to be on the phone with them for hours each week. They don't even pick up half the time and the people who do can never help you, so you just have to keep calling and emailing. I have been sent the wrong medication, been made to wait a week and half for medication, my portal was not updated when my medication changed. I have sat through awful therapists, therapists who cancel within an hour of my appointment and same-day, issues with technology (video ends abruptly and takes 10 minutes to come back with no extension to the session). If you can get care anywhere else, do it. This is a joke. They also accept very little insurance, so prepare to pay $85/month just to have someone write you a presciption and never check in, or $325/month for bogus therapy (if it even happens - they cancel all the time) and meds which won't even arrive on time or be what they prescribed you. A giant waste of time and money.

The last two years have had some heavy circumstances on top of a traumatic life. Cory has been wonderful in aiding me to find coping mechanisms that help me to get to a place where I can receive joy in my life. I’m extremely grateful for them.
