Outstanding service with a helpful team

My therapist is empathetic, responsive, and an overall great listener. She's someone I find myself wanting to confide in because her insight and understanding of my situation makes me feel important.

Cerebral is an amazing option if you don’t have insurance or only want to use teleheath, but if you have insurance and can get an appointment with someone it would probably save tons of money. It is nice that I can switch providers so easily on Cerebral which makes it easier to find a good match than traditional services, but Cerebral switches all of the people I work with almost constantly without me wanting to do so. It is incredibly frustrating and a huge hinder in treatment when I need to continue to explain things all over again and rebuild therapeutic relationships (if I even like who they switch me to). It is the worst part of this service and I am considering cancelling my membership because of it. Additionally, there are months where I have no appointments so I’m paying all of this money for no reason. With all that said, I have recommended Cerebral to many friends and did really love their services in the beginning, but because of the provider/counselor switching and the cost I’m considering moving on as soon as I can find a better option. I get that this is a start up company, but people’s mental health isn’t something a mental health company can’t have a good plan for. There shouldn’t have been this many bumps in the road during my treatment plan.

Two missed appointments by my prescribers without so much as a message. Customer service didn't take me seriously and nobody reached out to make things right. Professionalism is lacking for a business that is suppose to be helping people seeking medical attention for mental health issues. A disappointment, frustrating and utter waste of time. Update as requested: only took action to resolve the issue once I wrote this review and asked me to amend my rating.

I've never enjoyed therapy until cerebral. They make it so easy to get help.

Was told I was refunded 2 weeks ago and still my money is not in my account! This is not OK! Didn’t use there service for months and was charged and tried to cancel account long ago but was not able to! Talked to several people. I just need my money back!

My experience was and is amazing. I live my entire life with anxiety and I was experiencing panic attacks. My provider was and is amazing, Catherine is nice, gentle and caring. She made me feel comfortable in talking about medication and mental issues, and my counselor is a great help in analyzing where I am at in my process. The medication was game changing. I feel happier than ever and I can easily find the good even during hard moments.

Doctor I had left and I wasn’t notified till I inquired about my medication for a refill which I still don’t have and unable to get an appointment ASAP for an refill before I run out. Poor communication..
