This company said they could do my prescription medications, which I have valid proof of. I even asked via email and checked beforehand. It turns out the prescriber is unable to subscribe in my state, although they told me they could.

Very good. I like the ability to video chat, as opposed to go to the office. The ladies have been easy to work with.

At first I thought it was a little suspect and it was going to be expensive but actually there really nice and cooperative! They remind you of your appointment! Difficult to schedule an appointment with a person to talk to about refilling my prescription. I have not had any luck with this.

I've had nothing but good experiences thus far with the providers. It really has changed my life for the better.

I was early and waiting a full 25 minutes into what was supposed to be a 30 minute session. Their provider didn't show up. That's not respecting the client/patient's time. Nor is this a good way to handle a client/patient already dealing with stress and anxiety.

I downloaded cerebral as a means to find someone to help me vent or talk to a therapist and get medicated, the doctor immediately told me to stop using my lexapro (which my primary doctor told me was really not good for me to do as it caused me to relapse and self harm) and I was just told to start a new medication and im glad I got a diagnosis but I was left on read for over 4 days after relapsing and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in mental health. I do not recommend this platform if you want genuine help besides affirmations and rain noise.
