I recently moved to a new state and my doctor was not able to prescribe me medication in the new state. I knew it would be a while before I got settled down and get new insurance and find a new doctor to manage my medication, so I signed up for Cerebral. Great for getting a prescription without having to step foot in a doctor's office, but I wouldnt count on this service for counseling/therapy. I really loved my first care counselor, but she would often complain about things happening within the company, and shortly after she quit. My care team got shuffled around several times which made any counseling/personal care ineffective, but again, I was just looking at this service as a way to get a prescription and not much more. The app/emailing is a bit buggy, but easily over looked. Overall, I am satisfied and thankful I was able to use their services during this transition in my life.

Cerebral is a great place to get real help. I suffer from depression, anxiety, and insomnia but with the therapy and medication provided things have gotten a lot better for me. You can really tell they care about their patients. So if you are looking for an alternative to traditional therapy you have come to the right place.

Randomly took money out of my account. For example four ten dollar charges for medication when I only receive one medication a month. Total scam

I cannot say enough good things about Cerebral. I started using the counseling + medication service about 7 months ago for severe anxiety and depression. I was at a breaking point and really thought I was beyond help. I found Cerebral and compared it with several other mental health telemedicine options and found it to be the most affordable and right choice for me. I can happily say today that I have hardly any symptoms of anxiety, and I am better able to manage my depression day-by-day. I have control over my body and mind and feel like myself, but better. The counseling I have received has been phenomenal, and more than I could ask for. I was skeptical about medication because I didn’t want to feel like a zombie, and the care professionals from Cerebral chose a medicine that was basically perfect for me. I have little-to-no side effects, and have felt myself get better and better each day. I am convinced that I might not have survived without Cerebral. I am so truly thankful for their care, and so is my family 💕

I've had a great experience with Cerebral. I did have to go through a few providers in the beginning to get to one that can prescribe me medication in Washington. My care counselor has been great and was very positive and had lots of great ideas to help me manage my life. The ease of not leaving home and still getting treatment with my busy life has been great!
