I am alive today because of cerebral. My therapist Catherine has given me so many tools to cope with my traumas. I am so glad I’ve started therapy.

YOU NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!! ***UPDATE 10/30/2021*** Cerebral responded to this review (shown below) stating that I can reach out to them for further assistance. I emailed them 3 days ago, they still haven't responded to the email I sent back to them that they requested. I will update this review when I hear back from them. The best way I can help others is by giving my unbiased recounting of just how TERRIBLE it was trying to use this service. If this review is pulled and/or censored in any way I will take legal action against Cerebral and TrustPilot in accordance with the 2016 Consumer Review Fairness Act. All of the below has hard evidence to support all allegations. Started out great, no issues, until the 3rd day when I was set to have a video conference with my care counselor. She instead called me on my cell phone 10 mins late and said she was having computer problems. I could hear the roadnoise in the background...she was driving and had no interest in meeting her committments to her patients. The next week, I was assigned a new care counselor, who never even offered a meeting...they did nothing at all but fail to respond to messages when I brought up the plethora of issues I had with the service. Trying to schedule an appointment? Too bad, the calendar in the app doesn't work so you have to email back and forth (which takes days by the way) to actually get any appointment scheduled. Then we get to the straw that broke the camel's back. This is mental health...something not to be messed with or taken lightly. So when you have issues with refilling or modifying prescription, it's important they get corrected quickly. That is not the case with Cerebral at all. My prescription was set to be refilled in a week and I had a meeting with provider who instead stated she wrote a new prescription for a higher dose and it would go through when I was out of my current prescription. Well that never happened. Instead, I received no refill, no new prescription, and no one at Cerebral that would answer! It took them two weeks after I first brought it to their attention to do anything and their solution was to give me my original dose...something that my provider stated wasn't working and needed to be increased. How much sense does that make? Key takeaway here is to use more traditional options for mental health. No one at Cerebral that I worked with expressed any care, any urgency, or even any human decency (as portrayed by the consistent and repetitive failed commitments). I have nothing good to say about Cerebral other than they have a good marketing campaign. But that doesn't do much for mental health, does it? Maybe that's where your money should be spent instead of putting advertisements all over the web.

My prescribing doctor is extremely nice and caring. He actually takes time to listen and tells me i can talk to him whenever i need. Seems like he is actually invested in my getting better. Same with my care counselor Divya. It also seems like she is invested in my getting better and thriving. It means the world to have people who genuinely care about my health.

It was a hassle to get anyone to test me for adhd. I was met with "you've scored high on your intelligence test and while you do have some attentiveness issues, I'm not sure you have adhd." Over and over again. I was desperate and then I seen an ad for cerebral on Facebook. It has been life changing. It's nice to have a provider that listens to me and the counselor is great too. 10/10 would recommend.

I am unsure why there are negative reviews being left, my experience with Cerebral has been amazing. If you ever need help with anything you can ask your care team or email their support people and they will help out. My team has been extremely supportive and I hope other people will give this company a chance because I am so glad that I did. It is a subscription service and I think a lot of the people who review them do not pay attention to this fact before signing up. Give it a try, it is worth it!

I was struggling to keep myself thinking positively between my home and work life. I was in a relationship that was toxic and I wasn't feeling the drive for life I used to have. Cerebral helped me feel better, look for the good in every situation and really helped me put out good vibes into the universe. I started feeling better in general and my outlook on life, decision making and overall happiness improved. Without insurance, I wasn't able to afford 'therapy,' Cerebral really helped make a difference for me. Also super easy and convenient to meet with my prescriber and care counselor via video calls - in fact do it all online!

I always look forward to meeting with my Care counselor Lindsey. She always helps me cheer up n know that what I have going on in my life im going to be ok.

I have been in and out of treatment for ever 20 years because nothing worked. I found this gem. Not only was I FINALLY correctly diagnosed but put on the medication I NEEDED. After 20 years I finally feel like I used to. Thank you Cerebral
