Update: I contacted Cerebral after they responded to my review (below), they couldn't find me a sooner appointment so I chose to cancel with them. They refused to refund me for the first months payment (I paid just last week) though because that's "against their policy". You can't see what appointments are available until you sign up and they've charged you. So at this point they seem to be scamming people for their first month, you pay them but get no help. I think that's pretty corrupt, they're preying on people looking for metal health care. Big red flags, I'll be looking elsewhere for help. (Previous review)- I paid for the first month and then found out there's no appointments until next month. If I don't like the service I've been suckered into paying for 2 months before I'll know I want to cancel. They should charge people from the day they are able to actually get an appointment otherwise it feels like a scam and untrustworthy.

You dont have enough staff to truly help people, appointment with providers are never available, I waited over a month for my medication while paying $300 plus a month so I didn't get the help I was promised and when I finally got a hold of someone I wasn't compensated at all, all I got was an I'm sorry. I couldnt afford to keep the service and needed my last remaining refills transferred from truepill but no one helped me do that and truepill is not easy to get a hold of. So now I'm low on medication and can't see a doc. You claim to help and advertise like you care about people like me but we are only numbers and money to you. Reminded of the rehab centers that only care to collect money and not help the patients.

I've had a very easy, professional experience with Cerebral since onboarding. I receive diligent communication/replies from my Care Coordinator, and my therapist has been an absolute pleasure to talk to each week. Everyone has been upfront, honest, and clear about pricing, prescriptions, resources, etc. There are times I have asked for clarification and I usually get a message within a handful of hours or less, if not more quickly. Cerebral is in network for certain insurance companies, I'll paste them below. If they are out of network, they offer you invoices you can route to your insurer to file a claim and see if you can get reimbursement. So far, a beautiful experience all around.

This service is a sham, providing students and certificate holders instead of licenced professionals as advertised. It caused emotional distress rather than alleviating it. Also, their reply on here is infuriating as I was already in contact with their pathetic excuse for customer service, which seemed to be one person despite my efforts to try working with someone else. The person was careless, didn't seem to read my entire complaint, offered half baked solutions, and avoided me when I decided I wanted to cancel and wanted my money back. I hope this service is shut down.

It’s a waist of time and money. I had a very bad experience with get cerebral. They are not professional with zero customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. First of all, I never even finished signing up for the service because they started asking for all sorts of identification, so I thought I would just go ahead and visit a regular doctor, thinking that since I never completed sign up, I wouldn't be charged. Now, I have been charged $425 for services I never used, let alone finished signing up for. I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone. I likely will not be refunded. THIS IS A SCAM. When signing up for services, it is likely that the person is under a certain amount of distress and isn't thinking clearly enough to read fine print. Then, when that person notices a $425 discrepancy in his/her bank account months later, said person's mental state is under more distress than before beginning to sign up for services never rendered. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. If you are seeking mental health, make sure you do your research.
