Horrible company the prescriber I dealt with was rude & in her report there was a lot of factual errors & flat out lies. She also dumped me for “being on to many meds” I have a disease that requires these meds what does that have to do with my depression & anxiety? These people are obviously just money hungry & do not care about their clients DON’t use this company they’re awful

Their inability to fulfill prescriptions in a timely manor is inexcusable. Expect to cold turkey your prescription after it runs out. Eventually they will "get around" to filling it. Its an overpriced con thats only medication is a massive headache.

I love cerebral so far. I’ve been struggling with anxiety and depression for a whilleeeee. Super irritable, mood swings, agitated all the time, getting worked up and worried over practically nothing. I’m a teacher so finding the time to constantly be out to go see doctors to try to get on medicine was stressing me out just thinking of having to be off and miss my class, so finding this resource was incredible. I would rather pay the $85 a month then have to stress over inconvenient doctors appointments 🙂 a quick video call before or after work hours is so convenient for me and my provider Jordan Waddell is incredible and caring. My care team are also extremely nice too! Totally worth it to me.

I had to give one star to be able to ride a view they deserve no stars I called them in April because I had a mental health crisis situation. I left my credit card information and waited 6 hours for somebody to call me which nobody did.. Then I find out that they've been charging my credit card $85 for 4 months to the route which I've disputed.. I asked them to cancel my subscription because they couldn't prove that I had ever received any services from this company. They also charge me this evening $30 to renew my dues ! I have called several times I have 2 taped recordings that stated clearly that they would refund my money but the only way to do that was to sign a form that gave them access to my bank account! You've got to be kidding me!! Why would I give access to a company that's already stole over $255 from me and provided no services!! I may be over 55 but that to me means theft!! they are a multi million dollar company.. they could cut me a check... I had my lawyer review everything they wanted me to sign and it was a no go.. they're preying on vulnerable people and I'm elderly.. I never got what I paid for. I'm thinking about starting a class action suit against them because I looked it over a year worth of reviews on this company.. 92% are bad stating the same thing that I'm going through !!!ripping me off. I wish I knew how to get a hold of Simone Biles who's the spokesperson for this sham.. If anyone has had the same experience please post your information on this website it's owned and run by them.. Because cerebral gave me an account case number which trustpilot asked me for so they could do more research. Who's with me? Class action?

I only gave them 1 star because there was no option to give them 0 stars. I was not impressed with Catherine Connover NP she’s was kind of rude and when I told her the medication she prescribed me was causing me to not sleep at night, she told me she could not help me and to seek a local psychiatrist in my area. I asked her to sigm my FMLA form and she refused. I requested my medical records and read all of it I was shocked to read that she basically lied every time I had a visit with her. She stated I did not want to take any medications that was a lie as I told her I did not want to take the prescribed medication and wanted to try something else as the medication she prescribed was making me have insomnia which Is actually a side effect of it and she knew I was already having trouble sleeping so why she prescribed that I am not sure. So you will be paying them to lie on you as there was more she lied about as well like I told her I don’t want to work and that I don’t want to take any medications or have counseling sessions all lies. Stay away I was not impressed they only want that cash from you and that’s it. I am not paying anyone cash for lying on me on legal documents that should be exposed. Stay away they are unethical and this is not a lie.

Charged me $85 I had submitted to cancel. I expected to still have access to my account after cancel date since I paid for the month. I log in and it says my account has been deactivated, and I didn’t get to use any of the services. So they need to give me my money back or I’m disputing with my financial institution. I’ve already sent both cerebral and my bank emails.
