Ironic you’re forced to concede this to cancel, when this service had left me out of meds and no refills sent in time. That is a cruel thing to do to people. It’s cruel to make them ask for medication every month! Even though it shows they have refills on their med. it is cruel to get someone close to a therapeutic dose of medication for their mental illness, detox for 2-3 (or more)days, start back on lower dose, get back to therapeutic levels, and then run them out again. If this were insulin or amlodipine, this company would lose their license to practice. Now I have to rush to find a provider to give me medication quickly because this service does not provide you a prescription if you cancel. Even if you have already paid for the month. These aren’t drugs to get high, these are medication that people need to function. Someone y’all do this to is going to end up hurting themselves. Shame on you. It’s terrible you are taking advantage of people. Thanks for offering me 30% off to stay.

My girlfriend has been waiting over a week to have her prescription refilled. Supposedly they sent it but she never even sent a tracking number. She messaged them over and over and they wont respond. Screw this company that cares more about marketing than the human beings they’re supposed to be helping. Freaking monsters

I have a FANTASTIC doctor that always makes sure to spend the extra time alloted at the end of our session to ask about how things are going in my life, and can recall prior conversations about all kinds of stuff and just talk like humans. I'm on several medications that the doctors have been great as far as working WITH me and listening to what i know does and doesn't work. I have to be careful of antihistamine based anxiety meds because they..... well.... give me anxiety and restless legs. So I'm on a treatment plan that works, and it has drastically improved my quality of life from being able to sleep properly, to having a more normal appetite, and having social interactions. I'm blessed to even now be paying the full price of the service and getting the care that I've needed for so long. Even at a price that beats walking into a doctors office and paying on a sliding scale. Thank you Cerebral for providing my doctor and I with a platform for better and more effective medication management and counseling.

Bait and Switch advertising and marketing. Very disappointing. After baiting you to choose your plan with flashy advertising get help and start therapy and medication today, they charge you for the service you have not yet received, take you through the intake info, and then the switch. No appointments available for a very long period of time but you still are charged.Very deceptive and taking advantage of people already in a vulnerable and fragile state of mind.

My experience with Cerebral lasted less than a day and I will never recommend it to anyone. The concept is great, I will give them that. I've been seeing ads constantly for the last couple weeks and finally decided to give them a try. One of the ads said most people see someone within 3 days which was great as wait times in my area were way longer than that. I did the long process of signing up and they have you pay before you even get to see appointment options. When i finally got the appointment options, there was nothing available for 3 weeks. I wasn't expecting 3 days because that ad did say "most" people get help in that time, but 3 weeks was way longer than I wanted. So I immediately sent a request to cancel and asked for a refund as I didn't even get to set up an appointment. This was all within 30 minutes. The cancellation process took a couple days and then I get an email stating that they do not give refunds but will make an exception this time to give a partial refund which was less than half of what I paid. I understand that it is in the terms & conditions (that no one reads), but maybe that info should be made more visible at checkout and you shouldn't be required to pay before you've made an appointment. I thankfully found help elsewhere and got an appointment within a day, but I am anxious and stressed about the fact that I'm out the money I paid for a service I didn't even use. This all felt like such a money grab and it is unfair to take advantage of people who may be struggling and looking for help. This was the verbiage which doesn't really explain the rationale of why you can't get a refund and doesn't even go with my situation. I would get it if I used the service even once, but the thing is I didn't get to use it all. "As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which all our clients agree to during registration, there are no refunds granted regardless of whether any services were utilized. We’re a subscription-based service, so clients are paying for access to all our services and features. Mental healthcare tends to go at a different pace for everyone as some clients use our services daily while others choose to use them more sparingly." UPDATE: The refund was resolved. I do still stand by the fact that they shouldn't require payment until you've seen someone or made an appointment. They also should make it more clear that they don't do refunds.

Both my counselor and prescriber are great. I tried to get help locally and was given the run around basically. Cerebral makes it so easy. Y’all even checked my local pharmacies to find the cheapest.

I'm am very low on funds recently and they have made it extremely difficult for me to cancel my account. I really don't appreciate their tactics. I have sent email after email only to get responses that, since I somehow was not following appropriate account cancellation protocols, my account was still going to be charged. Very upsetting and not ok, especially coming from a service that is supposed to help people.

Cerebral is amazing I sighned up yesterday saw the doctor today and my medication is already waiting for me at the pharmacy I don't have to struggle with going to the doctor in public with severe social anxiety.I couldn't find a Dr around me taking new patients. I will forever be Greatful for this service thank you so much I don't have to suffer anymore and it's so affordable even without insurance🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
