Edit as of 12/2: Cerebral reached out to rectify the situation. I would still caution those with heart condition history to seek help elsewhere, because they cannot help you if you have ADHD and a heart condition. But they did agree to fully refund me after quite a bit of back and forth, and they also sent me other resources for help. So, still use caution, but I am glad they finally agreed to refund me after they refused me care. This place is a scam. They told me they could not provide me care due to history of a heart condition, and then refused to refund me. I did not receive any care from them, yet they charged me to tell me to see my primary care physician.

Cerebral is a blessing. As someone who prefers to stay home, finding cerebral and its caring staff has improved my life greatly. Its perfect in everyway, especially if you don't have mental health facilities near you. Their counselors are great, and their prescribers are great. Everyone is kind and compassionate, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. The convenience is a great bonus. I'll be using them for life.

So far so good. As someone that has felt with mental health issue my entire life it is nice to finally be able to see some relief. I fought starting on any medication for bipolar & adhd for 27 years but now see the need for medication to help me find a balance. Plus everyone has been very helpful and understanding.

I love cerebral! I have never had a therapist who was so eager to help me actually get better! Anxiety is a thing of the past!

From the very beginning, Cerebral has been very attentive to me. I saw that the Care Provider I had chosen was booked for too long and was given a new one that could better provide me with care much sooner. I love my Care Provider and my prescriber. They really listen to me and make me feel they genuinely care for my well being.

I'm coming back to update my review again. As soon as I left this review, customer service reached out to me and was super nice. They gave me 50% off and asked me to consider changing my review, so I modified it because I was happy with their customer service. But this month I've had the same exact issues. They even sent my medication to the wrong pharmacy 40 minutes away from my house (second month they've done this) even though I've told them three times now that I moved and gave them the address of my new pharmacy. Their solution? I'd just have to call CVS myself to have them transfer my medicine. I kind of get the feeling that they don't care about you, they care about the negative reviews... which is really concerning from a service that prescribes people what is sometimes lifesaving medication. Really disappointed. I seriously want to love their service because it's such a great idea — but until they fix these issues I can't say I would recommend Cerebral to anyone. I don't usually leave reviews but I think it's really important to share that this has been my experience just in case others rely on their medication just as much as I do. __________ It sounds too good to be true because it is. Getting your medicine shipped out monthly so you don't have to go out of your way to stop at the pharmacy anymore? Great! I was so excited to sign up for Cerebral, and for the first two months was absolutely loving the service and convenience and recommending it to all of my friends. Then, suddenly, everything changed. I was setting up my meeting with a prescriber as usual, and she forgot to write me a new prescription for the medicine I've been on for over 10 years now. Time comes for them to send me my medicine and I notice it isn't even pending, meanwhile I'm on my last couple of pills. I contact them immediately and luckily they were eventually able to send it to my pharmacy after I went several days without this medicine that I need. Ever since then it's been the same every month, no one is refilling my prescription for me and I am not being sent my medicine. I have to let them know verbally every time I'm running low, and even when I let them know a week in advance that I was running low, they didn't ship my medicine out until I had run out. Then, next month, they just stopped shipping my medication all together without letting me know they'd no longer be automatically refilling my prescriptions. Apparently they can no longer ship to my state, but were just not going to tell me that until I ran out of pills. I don't know what happened, but if you rely on your medicine in order to function like I do — Cerebral may not be the choice for you as they are not reliable.
