You can’t cancel
You can’t cancel! They make you do a whole bunch of stuff, e-mail here, a full survey, and then it takes days for processing. Total scam

We do ask client's to fill out a cancellation form to verify our client's intention to cancel so that we do not wrongfully terminate care. Cerebral contact me and refund me the money
last thursday 12/30 had my appoinment and we agree to lower the dosage, provider never sent my medication and I have tried to contact them since. messages, calls and emails. its been a week and nothing. Also each time i had an appoinment nurse p. seemed no have idea which medication I was taking and seemed insecure about adverse effects

My wellness journey
Hello. I just wanted to tell everyone the great experience I had with cerebral. I been dealing with alot of anxiety and depression and adhd at work. It was at times l didn't know if l was going to make it. I decided to give Cerebral a try. I was astonished at the service l got. I talked with a very nice lady. She didn't condemn me and she understood me . I also got my medication too. I do have insurance and they helped me with all of it. Thank you so much for helping me like you did. Iook forward to our next visit. I do recommend Cerebral to anyone having depression, anxiety Adhd.

Great, however.
While I like my prescriber and councilor, the prescription service is pretty bad! I have to message them weekly, and every week the problems repeat. The med service is not reliable, but the council and 1:1 is great.

No fuss
I came to Cerebral with low expectations because absolutely no other form of therapy has ever worked for me. Everyday has been a struggle and I simply told my prescriber this and she sent the right medication for me. There was no fuss or silly webMD questions that make you feel like you were being diagnosed with some terrible affliction. It’s straight to the point healthcare that really works.

I need my RX updated - no contact back yet!
I am trying to get in contact with my prescriber to have an updated monthly prescription sent to my pharmacy and have not been able to get a response from my Care Coordinator to make sure that this happens as I am now out of my RX.
