I was so stuck
I was so stuck. Cerebral helped me and Anna was so amazing 👏. Mental health is such a huge issue but with cerebral I worry less!

Dr Corinne Votaw is incredible
Dr Corinne Votaw is incredible. She is empathetic, informative, supportive, and pretty damn funny, when appropriate. I look forward to our sessions, and she always asks me what I need during them. I can rarely come up with anything but she always gives me what I didn’t know I needed. I highly recommend her and Cerebral to anyone. My only complaint is I wish it was cheaper.

Amazing App, Best Investment You’ll Ever Make
I never thought I could really get the help I needed without insurance until I got Cerebral. My team is so proactive on care and you can tell they care about their jobs! I pay for the total package and honestly, you cannot put a price taking care of yourself. I could spend that money at the mall or eating out no problem so it feels good to redirect that in enhancing your life. If you broke your arm you would go to a hospital. So if you have something that’s interfering with you living a functional life then that’s a call to get help if you have the means to and I’m telling you it’s so worth it to know you are finding yourself worthy of investing in with genuine people who don’t judge and genuinely listen.

I can finally breathe
I have been a patient of Cerebral for a few years now. Thanks to the wonderful practitioners, my anxiety is balanced allowing me to live a more confident life. I had been struggling with anxiety for years and now I can breathe.

Cerebral staff listen to me and care about me
Very thorough and quick response from support staff for problems getting medication from pharmacy. High quality care from provider. Very easy to connect to provider from my setting by cell phone. Reassuring text lingo from support staff…always very kind and reassuring which helps me continue with my life. Honestly its the most hopeful I have been in a long time and I think it’s because Cerebral staff listen to me and care about me. Thanks so much

Medical Option Quickness
The medical option is just that - you give symptoms and they give options - it's pretty great if you know they're gonna start you on base medication and see where you need to be from there. It's not really a diagnosis system but I've been feeling SO much better after my medication that it's worth 5 stars just for getting it to me so quickly

Scam-like pricing tactics
Be very careful when using this service. Cerebral is very predatory with its pricing — I tried to sign up only for the monthly price for combined therapy/psychiatry services to increase from $305/month to $365/month because I was no longer eligible for the “special price offered to our lead customers” (a vague and nonsensical reason). If you choose to go with Cerebral for therapy, triple check all charges to make sure you are not being scammed like I almost was.
