It’s so hard to get my three care providers to communicate. Jordan is the best and I’m so glad she’s my therapist. She has truly changed my life. It seems like my prescriber has so many things on her plate that she forgets who she is talking to. She was a half hour late got out appointment and while it wasn’t a huge deal it made me feel like I clearly wasn’t top priority. I’m trying so hard to get my mental health on track and it seems like the only person who cares is Jordan.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They do not care about your mental health or whether you have your medication. I have been without medication for 3 days now because my provider decided to change my prescription and send an order to take half a tablet a day. The pharmacy can not fill this prescription because they are extended release tablets, which can not be cut. The pharmacy has tried to contact my provider several times for clarification, but they can't not be reached. I have tried sending messages through the portal, and also have no received a response. This is absolutely ridiculous and your company is a disgrace.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Went through withdrawals every single month. Medication was NEVER on time. Worst experience I have ever had. Counselors telling me medication I am on is NOT to be stopped abruptly, but no choice because medication was never on time. Was going through withdrawals 5-8 days every single month and the customer service is VERY VERY poor. Was very very difficult to cancel services as well. Not a friendly app for someone dealing with mental health problems. Caused MORE stress and anxiety than it provided any kind of relief. Very very disappointed with the overall service of this company. The counselors were nice, but meetings were so short it did not feel very personal, especially only meeting with them once or twice a month.

They stole $650 from my bank account after I asked to have my account turned off and they refuse to refund it. Absolutely terrible company and horrible customer service. I was desperate and needed to find help so I signed up for their Therapy and Prescription plan ($325 a month). My first meeting was with my prescriber. She was passive aggressive and I ended up finding out she left the company the next day. Then I was assigned a therapist who had very little availability and I had to wait two weeks to talk to her. But the coverage I signed up for said weekly therapy appointments. Whatever I thought I just had to get used to it. Well the turns out the therapist was in training and wasnt fully qualified and needed me to sign a form saying I was okay with being used to get credit hours. Once again, whatever maybe she’s already good at what she does. Right after the first appointment she goes on a vacation and I won’t be able to have another appointment for over two weeks. (I started questioning, to myself, what am I paying for). After that we would have our appointments but sometimes her availability would fill up and I couldn’t be seen for a week. I found that strange as I would hope they didn’t over assign people to therapists so they all can’t be seen. But I guess this is who cerebral operates. The therapist started getting kinda weird and eventually told me she didn’t understand me and that she wants to request not to have me as a client. Our sessions were pretty easy nothing crazy or strange at all so this really surprised me and just made me feel worse. As for my prescriber, that was a nightmare. She would forget to fill my orders and then I would have to hunt down customer service and ask where my order was. They would tell me to go to the pharmacy and then we would find out that cerebral didn’t properly fill out the pre authorization correctly and I would get stuck at the pharmacy for over an hour. This happened at least three times. Cerebral claims to help you find help and start on the path to feeing better but this really just hurt me more and was incredibly hard to navigate through. I was paying $350 for more headaches. Not to mention the prescription I was assigned actually made me worse but they recommended to keep taking it. after months of taking it I had to stop and all of a sudden my tears went away. After all that my life was getting very difficult and I had to move out of state. I asked for my account to be turned off. and they also mentioned that legally I would have to be assigned a therapist and prescriber in my new state. They agreed and turned my account off. Then in January I notice on my bank statement that I had been getting charged by Cerebral! They charged me a total for $650. And they say they cannot refund me that money even thought my account was supposed to be paused and my account also had zero activity. I didn’t know it was reactivated for months. This is actually very damaging when you are just trying to get help for your mental state. The customer service is so cold and defensive. I can’t believe they can get away with this.

I would prefer that the business model started with the care counselor instead of the medical provider. I didn't really want more medication before getting to a clinician. However, the care counselor I have is truly wonderful. She is tasked with making sure my mental health needs are met. If I were only rating and review this one aspect, my care counselor would be receiving 10 STARS from me.

Cerebral is a scam that takes advantage of people who can't afford medical care. They charge you hundreds of dollars a month, don't provide you with medicine, and their therapists don't help you beyond teaching you mindfulness techniques you can learn for free. They also make it impossible for you to cancel your account and change the fees from an affordable amount to hundreds of dollars every month without saying anything. Read the reviews from actual people and they'll confirm what I'm saying.

Feel like they’re just trying to have a whole bunch of people and give them pills you don’t actually ever talk to anybody

It was great just wish we could pay for much conversations during the week
