It’s cost a lot for virtually no service. You can get a script but that’s it’s. It takes months to talk to your main care provider. Your care counselor you will talk to once a month if you can get an appointment. If you miss a appointment you will be waiting a long time for a reschedule if you can get one. It takes days to get an answer on simple questions or adjustments on medications. I’ve been 3 weeks without my medication. This is impart the teams fault. The main provider either not listening or not have information relayed to them correctly. No urgency. Just not a good system for mental healthcare

Cerebral refuses to take into account a providers experience (such as an NP). They will "group" all NP's together when offering them a compensation package. Company's that want NP's to work as a Psychiatrist and yet pay them as an NP is disrespectful and says much about upper management. The reviews are correct, many patients are neglected when it comes to refills on medication. Companies such as this wish to operate like a professional medical facility when in actuality they lack experience in business management. Read the reviews...STAY AWAY!

I love my Cerebral team. I am finally on medication that works and getting to talk to someone who understands. I can't say enough good things about Cerebral.

My prescriber lied to me about giving me a prescription of valium. Said she would then reneged. The strange thing is that I've been on this prescription before and it worked wonderfully! I'm considered severely anxious and severely depressed, by them? So I don't understand..... it seems they only help the drug addicts that have the time to make endless appointments and pay them over $1000, after that they get benzos, opiates, adderall ect.... why a 40 year old can't get on a prescription I've had in the past is absolutely ridiculous!!

I was on the verge of self harm due to so called family members. I found cerebral just in time. I explained to them what had happened and they treated me like a person from day one. They encourage you to get better and they are there for you every step of the way. I couldn't ask for a better group to seek help from. I am so glad I found them when I did.

Both of my appointments have been canceled and they will not complete my prior authorization for my medication.

I was able to get out more than I usually would. I'm starting to feel comfortable and that's how they make me feel. I feel like I can rely on them.

Overall experience was not a good one. They kept charging me up to fifteen times a day for shipping of a single medication that they forgot to send me initially. And refused to stop. Even though my subscription included free shipping. Would not recommend to a friend. It hurt my mental much more than it ever helped.
