What a joke don't use this company they have no integrity I wanted a refund the day after I ordered because I decided I couldn't afford it. I didn't use any of their service so if they had any kind of customer satisfaction I should be able to get a refund. Instead of refunding me they actually deactivated my account and said sorry can't refund you and didn't even have an explanation. Shady company.

I have been passed to so many different prescribers and I always have to fight for availability to make sure I have my medication before it runs out. It is so hard to find a time that isn’t months down the road and then if there is a time, it is always during the work week hours. I have asked many times for help with scheduling and this last time, Cerebral was just like nothing we can do, go ahead and cancel. Great customer service guys! (Said in total sarcasm) Both my husband and I are patients and they could care less to lose us.

I am very pleased with the care I receive on Cerebral. There is one location where I visit virtually with my psychiatrist and counselor and I couldn’t be more pleased with both providers. The scheduling is flexible, I don’t miss time from work and yet I get the mental health care I need. My prescriptions are always ready the same day. My satisfaction is complete. Thank you Cerebral!

Insurance fully covers this for me, but no one on the account service team could help me accurately input insurance despite multiple requests where I continued to be charged a significant amount more than the "in network" price. Similarly, I've requested itemized bills from cerebral several times and have not received them.

Changed my prescriber without telling me. No emails, no text, nothing. I entered a session to continue my treatment plan and it was a new person. I'm not about to accept changes to my treatment from someone I don't know, and it's incredibly unprofessional to make a change like this and not inform the patient. Proof that this is just another company that wants your insurance money. They don't care about you AT ALL.

Really really enjoyed Willine! I was nervous about having to change providers but was so happy. She listened and was knowledgeable. I’m excited to continue to work with her!
