My spouse and I both use…
My spouse and I both use cerebral...different drs but nothing short of amazing. When you don't feel good mentally, going to a dr office for an appointment can be grueling, and much of the time I would cancel. I have had nothing short of amazing drs and therapy with cerebral. Currently doing the medication program as I have another therapist I see...I highly recommend Cerebral...its has been a game changer for us. If it wasn't online, my spouse wouldn't even think about going to a dr. He can receive the mental health support he needs right at home. Thank you.

My therapist was absolutely amazing. It is the in house support team that ruined my experience for me. They overcharge ridiculously & it does not benefit you whatsoever to use your insurance. When I requested to cancel due to the ridiculous amount they began billing me, they didn’t care and immediately were okay with confirming my cancellation request. I asked for proof of where this drastic change in my bills were coming from and only ever was provided with an explanation and nothing more. The therapists are great but other than that, all the company cares about is your money.

The only app that matters
I love my psychiatrist. She is helping me pair down redundant medications and educates me on side effects and withdrawal symptoms in advance. Previous physicians glossed over these or omitted them completely. I feel informed when we make decisions together. Dr. Almond is such a kind person and I love that I can see her as needed, instead of when I can afford it. I'm very thankful for this service.

Highly recommended over others
Had major issues with another service like this and was referred to Cerebral from people posting on Reddit. My provider listened to me, showed compassion, and agreed with the view that mental health care is a human right, providing the medication I needed based on my medical history. The intake form and session was thorough and comprehensive. I am staying with this service into the future.

Great Experience
I am very pleased with the support and ease of services. I was hesitant to reach out for help however I am so glad I did. Sometimes there is still a mental health stigma but as a health care professional myself I understand how important it is to put yourself first! Highly recommend 👌
