To much medicine.
I was at 5 stars until I went to the medication only service. Since then I get a 30 day supply of my medicine about every 3 weeks. I now have over 2 months worth of medicine. You send the medications out to often. I guess you sell more that way.

This experience was amazing
This experience was amazing. My physician was open minded to how I felt and what I was dealing with. No I didn't get what I wanted but she showed me what I really needed to be able to deal with my issue in the correct way. I will forever be grateful for her help and insight.

Incompetent, but somewhat Entertaining
Cerebral has come pretty far, but still lacks basic process and customer service competency. There is always some disconnect between intuitive and obvious processes vs. the bureaucracy and friction-full processes that exist. I’ve been with them for years, and each time they cause me to not get meds on time or simply don’t understand their own platform I consider switching. I stay because I like my provider, but I know even she gets exasperated by the process clunkiness and service incompetence.

My experience has been superior
My experience has been superior, especially considering how easy it is to navigate! My meetings are great, and I feel I am being listened to. Thorough, while also being timely and manageable! I also, personally love getting the reminders, it helps keep me on track.

Amazing and Individual Care
Not only have I been helped immensely by the caring and considerate people at Cerebral, but they've helped me trust in the process again. My appointments are conversations instead of lectures and their approach is one of respect. I'm treated as a whole, individual person.

I was listened to
I was listened to Everything i said was taken into consideration. I was not judged no matter what I told her . She was gentle , but firm with the way she spoke to me . I like that they ask you the questions instead of just saying, tell me what's going on.

Wonderful, fast, hassle free
