Any company that makes a multi step process to cancel your account, which includes someone needing to “review and approve” your cancellation is a huge problem. I wish I knew this before I signed up. Still waiting for someone to “cancel” my account. Additionally, the entire process seems incredibly flawed. I was told my prescription would auto renew - nope! And no one could tell me why it didn’t. I had to make a new prescriber appointment to get someone to fix it. And then I found out my insurance wouldn’t cover my medication any more unless it was a 90 day prescription - which “cerebral won’t do”. So a prescription that costs me $4 for a 90 day supply instead would cost me $25 a month, so $75 for the same 90 day supply. That really adds up over time and is extremely not patient friendly. They do not care. The entire thing is really just a huge money grab. Please, please take my advice and run the other way from this company. I made an appointment for a physical with my primary doctor, who will now be prescribing my medication for me. Comparing the costs breaks down like this: cerebral is $85 a month ($1020 for a year) and my medication using cerebral is $25 a month ($300 a year). Total cost with cerebral is $1320 for one year of use. My primary care doctor was free (preventative visit) and when she wrote my prescription so I could use my insurance, it is a total of $16 for a year of my prescription. So a YEAR on cerebral is $1320, and a year with my doctor is $16. This service is insanely expensive!

I had been putting off trying to get back into therapy even tho I know it would help because I’m a mother of two and it’s hard to be able to go to appt without my kids as I don’t have a sitter so when I found I could do online appt it was perfect. I was able to make an appt and start talking to someone very quickly and get on medication that has helped so much. And both my counselor and coordinator are very friendly. I definitely reccomend.

I like the concept. Unfortunately, my insurance is not accepted here, so I pay $80 out of pocket every month to see a prescriber every 3 months. You can see them more often, but I only need once every 3 months. I'd be more satisfied if I only had to pay $80 every 3 months, as I am not using Cerebral for 2 of those months. My first prescriber didn't seem to trust me and I was not able to get on my correct medication dosages until 3 months in. She quit unexpectedly. My new prescriber I have met with once and she is wonderful. I really like her. Very nice and understanding. It can be very hard to book appointments as well.

Was hard to find mental health help till I found Cerebral. Now it's something I look forward to. I am feeling lots better but still know I need more work so I will be happy working more with Cerebral.

The care counselor and prescribers I did eventually meet with were great, but it's taken six months to get here after many canceled appointments and scheduling issues.

The multiple layers of communication is EXTREMELY frustrating. All they want to do is keep you hanging on until they take your money and tell you they cannot help you! This is an absolute scam! They do not care about the customer ONLY about making money!

Billing practices are super predatory. They charged my account 2 times for 1 month and make it incredibly difficult to cancel your account. Customer service number is never any help, I'll be reviewing my legal options and setting up stop payment on Cerebral immediately.

Struggled for a long time, tried other avenues to get help for anxiety, depression, insomnia, and adhd. This is easy, low-stress. The care teams are responsive and excellent. My care counselor and prescriber are both amazing and knowledgeable. I feel heard and know that my mental health is being treated and will continue to be treated with importance and kindness. Highly recommend.
