The therapist was very unprofessional and the subscription is impossible to cancel!!! I’ve been requesting to cancel for weeks and they won’t respond to my emails and when I call they say okay I’ll cancel your membership let me place you on a brief hold then never take you off hold.

I have never used this service, I looked at using it and cancelled prior to ever using it. I have been getting billed ever since.

My dr is very good. I like Dr Emmanuel Nji. Also, if i have a question or need assistance, I am able to quickly get onto the website and ask and will receive an answer within 24 hours.

Cerebral is, to put it mildly, a subpar service. It's been six months and my medication hasn't been adjusted at all and there has been no progress with any of my needs. I initially tried the therapy plan, but switched to the more basic one given that I was paying to have four therapist appointments a month and they managed to get me one in about six weeks. The medication management is terrible (and that is the entire reason I was referred to Cerebral after I tried Circle), and somehow the provider I see every month is far less capable of keeping up with even the most basic aspects of my file than providers who saw me a few times a year were. There have been periods when the messaging system and appointment scheduling system simply have not worked, and the app is not reliable.

Good Listeners and you get a live person on the phone when you call customer service. This makes a huge difference.

literally freaking horrible i have said for the last 3 months to cancel my membership and you keep billiing me so im getting an attorney and going to the federal trade commision and going to post all of the emails i sent in and let people know how u operate. also going to add u to rip off report once u are on there there is no removing it

I absolutely love Cerebral! I've literally only been with them for a month (my plan was to see them just until June when I could see my regular psych doctor), but I am so satisfied with their system, I cancelled my June appointment with my regular psych doctor. I signed up, made an appointment, and saw the prescriber within 24 hours and had a script written. Just had my 1st Care Counselor session 3 days ago, and I swear that appointment was far more successful than any appointment I've ever had with a psych doctor in person. 11/10 would recommend. Only 85.00/month, which is way cheaper than an in person psych doctor appointment. And it's covered by my HSA.
