Love both my prescriber and care counselor! They both make me feel heard and take the time to find realistic solutions for what I need. Both really got to know me as a person and not as just another patient. I look forward to seeing them which makes appointment retention really high for me. It’s nice to know they’re both there to support my mental health and well-being needs!

My first time experience was really great. If you think you are getting someone that wants to rush you off the phone, you won't. Very in depth, many questions and listened. Very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone.

They kept cancelling my appointments not even 2 hours before they were meant to occur. They also refused to refund a month I was charged for even AFTER I cancelled. I've gone round and round with them without receiving a single answer about why I was charged and why I don't have access if they aren't willing to refund me. An absolute rip-off

I was apprehensive to use an app or video calls but I can’t tell you enough how much I love cerebral!! I have had an awesome experience so far. I felt as if I was talking to a friend not a doctor at all. I didn’t feel judged or unimportant and for me that’s what matters. I spoke all my concerns and history without feeling worse about myself at the end of it all and that’s priceless for me, I should have joined sooner!!

TERRIBLE service. DO NOT USE. I would give -0- stars if possible. They do not have a mental health provider on my insurance - so I couldn't on-board - yet they charged my credit card TWICE - and I have never been able to speak to a provider. SCAM.

Loved her and really appreciate the way she handled the first call.
