I have had my prescriber no show my visit twice now. I have been on the call waiting, and she marked me as a no show. The only reason I'm even giving two stars instead of one is because at least my care counselor showed up for her visit, and was kind and helpful. But it is really frustrating and sad that I'm trying to be here to get help, and I'm the one who keeps getting no showed.

I love my therapist. She is such a perfect match for me. We get along so well and have so much in common. Shes like a new best friend.

The prescriber did nothing to help me. She left me confused and saddened. She did not prescribe any medications or tell me about a treatment plan. So far it's been a nightmare dealing with this company.

I paid for an entire month, plus therapy. I had different doctors, so I had to repeat my issues each time. They prescribed one medicine that was expensive, so I asked for something less expensive. The issue was never resolved. They do not have a good customer support team. I do not recommend them at all.

My experience has been nothing but positive. The providers including my care counselor have been responsive in a timely matter and compassionate in times of need.

So far this is the only thing I’ve found that is willing to help without insurance info. We’ll wait until the bill comes though.
