so far i’ve really liked everyone i worked with and felt a genuine connection with my therapist. the interface is fairly easy as well. the only reason it’s not 5 stars is because they don’t take my insurance and it’s pretty expensive monthly :/

I originally signed up because I thought they could provide ADHD testing, when I found out I was wrong I went through the steps immediately to cancel the subscription. A month later they tried to charge me, I have now reached out to their customer support 3 separate times and they continue to tell me it is cancelled and they continue to attempt to charge my card. They keep giving me instructions on HOW to cancel it myself through the website and it's total BS. There is no cancel subscription button. I am going to be forced to call and demand escalation until I have SOMEONE with a button that allows them to cancel my account. For a company that is supposed to support mental health, they sure are taxing mine. I have no idea if their services are any good, but trying to get away from them is absolutely impossible so I suspect it says something about the quality of their work.

I had a great first session with Samangkat! She was very understanding and helped me walk through some coping mechanisms that will help me in the future. I am glad I chose her as we are both believers and believe that prayer and reading Scripture is very beneficial for me, personally. I look forward to my meeting with her next month!

Kind caring compassionate clinicians and providers. If you are serious about getting your mental health taken care of these are the people to come too.

My prescriber is always kind, thoughtful and compassionate when speaking to me. She takes time to listen and really hear what I’m saying and makes me feel like a person and not just another client to get through. Feeling heard hasn’t always been the case with other doctors and it’s so appreciated.

It was so easy to sign up and get started and I never felt any pressure or shadiness! It also offered a more affordable option for me to get some care and so I have access to it for the first time ever! Super excited to have found this <3

I have been struggling for several months with my mental health. Upon joining Cerebral, I was quickly set up with a caring team that has helped me improve. I have a wonderful counselor, and I appreciate having people check in on me throughout the week. I have enjoyed my experience so far and feel it is a great help.
