Jon is an amazing counselor. He is patient, tells you how it is and offers really good life advice.

My first therapy experience and it was an easy and pleasant one. Signing up and finding time slots were convenient and easy. The two ladies I talked to were very knowledgeable and positive. They were interested in my well being and my therapist gave me a lot to think about and try to apply to my next week.

Maria was amazing and helped me in so many ways in a very short time!

This was my first therapy session ever. I was very nervous in the beginning, but Sydney was extremely welcoming and made the environment very comfortable the second she came on camera. I felt validated and seen, encouraged and secure. I feel like I matter and I’m excited to see how continued therapy is going to help.

So far I’m not impressed but hoping for a better outcome. I signed up for Cerebral at the end of May. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize my drivers license had expired on my recent birthday. So I called in and had my account put on hold and went to get a new license. The day it arrived, I called in to have the hold removed as I was instructed previously. I was then told I had to send in an email with images of my new ID and three profile photos. I also went to the chat box to let them know I had done so and could someone please contact me with what to do next. The customer response was within a few hours and I was surprised that it was so quick on the weekend. Even setting up my appointments with my care counselor and prescription person one appointment for Monday and one for Tuesday morning. I work afternoons and had to take today off work in order to meet the scheduled time of 3:00 pm. Today at 1 pm I got emails that both my appointments were cancelled. The one for today was shown as a “no show”. How can I be a no show when it was TWO HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT? I went into the app and was told that I needed to call in to have the hold removed. Ok..BUT if the hold was on the account how was it that not one but two appointments were scheduled already? I then checked the website and was told that “no subscription can be found” wait WHAT? You took my money but can’t find my subscription? So while repeatedly calling and being told there was no one to help me, I again went to the chat box. Explained the situation and someone named Clyde sent me an email stating I had to go into the app or the website to remove the hold on my account. I explained to Clyde that both the website and app would not let me do this. One said I had to call in (yet it’s impossible to get through) and the other says I am not a client and have no subscription. I thought for sure this was a mixup. Clyde then responded that “as we said before you need to remove the hold on the account. Again I told Clyde I was unable to do that. And how frustrated I was that the hold was not removed. After an hour on the phone, my appointments have now been rescheduled for Thursday..from Monday. In the mean time I have to wait until someone has the time to remove the hold off of my account. It “may” be done before my next scheduled appointment. If not I’ll have to reschedule and can’t see my care counselor until a week and a half. I’m hoping that someone will pay attention and remove this hold. I’m looking forward to getting going as I really need some help after the most grueling year of my life. It’s just extremely frustrating that one hand doesn’t seem to know what the other is doing.

Both the provider and counselor were amazing. I have been experiencing debilitating anxiety and by the end of my visits I could tell there was still hope that I wouldn't have to feel like this for the rest of my life!
