A growing startup with growing pains. For the quality of service and the kinks, it seems overpriced to me. I’ve had issues getting access to medication refills and medication being received on time. I don’t always get a follow up to questions or timely responses. So far, I’ve had to re-calibrate once because I was without medication for too long I had to start over. The counselor I got second is super amazing, my proscriber as well. Customer care, when responsive, is kind too and helpful. The company has grown so much so fast that I think in time it’ll be better, but it’s hard to live through because of the up/down with medication adding to the anxiety I’m seeking help with. :)

Personally I have had a very good experience. My care counselor was amazing (Zoe Long) was an absolute gem and helped me with a lot. My prescriber has also been amazing (Mellisa Boyd). They are easy to talk to, I don’t feel any judgment and they really do listen.

Don’t have insurance but this has been so beneficial for me . I suffer anxiety disorder which I’ve had under control for couple years now . But haven’t been able to treat my ADD and executive function disorder . I got a great provider who listened and met all my needs . Now I feel like my eyes are open . I also got a therapist to help me stay focused and learn properly how to start task and being accountable for my actions . If I ever have questions I can ask my care coordinator.

My counselor has been so amazing! With her help we have worked on different issues pertaining to short term and long term goals and also diving deep into self esteem issues and I feel so comfortable talking to her. I get excited to go to therapy!
