I decided to sign up for Cerebral while waiting for a referral for a local doctor. At first I was pleased with the ease of scheduling and the availability of several medical professionals. I was assuming that since this business seems to cater to diagnosing ADHD in adults, that I would be screened for that. I felt like all the nurse practitioner asked were some generalized questions. They then told me that one of the medications I was already on is used to treat ADHD, and effectively referred me back to my primary. After this non-helpful session, I cancelled my other appointment set up with a counselor/therapist, and decided to cancel my whole account. I started that process back at the end of March. They attempted to collect the next month's subscription payment, weeks after I initiated the cancellation. I told my cc company that it was fraud and to not put the transaction through, and had my account number changed. After this happened, they tried at least 10 times over the past few months (it's now June) to charge my account. I replied to about every other one of those attempts telling them to stop trying to charge me, to which they'd reply that they were cancelling the account. I have received several "cancellation has been scheduled successfully" emails from 2 -3 different customer service people throughout this time. I would not recommend this company, due to the lack of thoroughness with my initial appointment, and the disregard for my cancellation request over several months.

excellent, quick, thoughtful and efficient

My experience has been pleasant and overall inexpensive, even without insurance. Cerebral offers an opportunity for those of us with diagnosed mental health problems to receive the help necessary to stay balanced during our day. My therapists have been caring and thoughtful, recommended.

I downloaded Cerebral because I recently started experiencing my panic attacks / panic disorder again. I’ve dealt with this stuff since I was a sophomore in high school and it once became so bad that I was scared to leave the house and had to retrain myself telling myself that I was going to be okay just to be able to my daily functions. It has gotten to the point that I’m just tired of always being fearful so I decided to try this. I met with Kelsey, we talked for 40 mins and after I felt SO RELIEVED! like I could actually breathe. She listened to me and made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that she’s there to help me. We agreed to try out a medication for my symptoms and I can’t wait to start feeling better. I’m honestly so glad I found cerebral, it’s going to be my godsend. Thank you!

I have liked cerebral. It is easy to use and has been super helpful. It's real easy to reschedule and they don't make a big deal of it if you miss an appointment. Only thing I would change would be to be able to message people on my care team individually. I felt like it was kind of crazy that my provider and therapist couldn't message me back directly. Made things a little hectic and take a while sometimes. But both my provider and therapist have been wonderful and super cool. Sad I may have to switch because of government restrictions. Hoping I don't because unlike with most doctors/psychologists I don't get nervous at all before an appointment and that is so nice. I don't feel judged at all and I feel listened to by cerebral.
