Everything is going great I just wish my care team could answer sooner.

Great, can wait for my next session

I was a Cerebral patient for around a year. In that time, I was shuttled around from provider to provider, never kept informed on changes or updates until I asked, and each provider I dealt with was awful. They all had the same responses, nothing helpful, and I felt like I was wasting my money. The last straw happened when they changed my prescriber from the ONLY person who ever seemed to care about me without my knowledge or consent, to a person that had a background that was heavily triggering for me. I had to call and spend almost an hour on the phone getting that fixed. 0/10, would not recommend. Invest your mental healthcare dollars in someone who actually cares about their clients.

Had a great experience

I can't speak highly enough of the team I have right now. I am grateful! I am excited to continue my care with them. I wish I would of known about this sooner. A hugh sigh of relief is how I feel currently.

UPDATE: After days of being shuffled between "supervisors" - one finally listened and paid attention to the situation and immediately refunded the amount in question and profusely appologized, taking responsibility and with sincerity. >> I give them 3 stars primarily for their health care specialists, they rocked. Customer service was slow to get going. Case Closed. >> I have PTSD from being one of your clients. You never checked in with me, you never followed up to see if I was doing OK. You continued to charge me $85 a month for your "services" after my last visit and when I asked for a refund, you said and I quote "we don't do follow-ups or refunds, we're an RX prescription service" ... Shocking. It's obvious your primary money maker is the Rx, not the care services. Do not recommend this company unless you want an Rx - not help with the actual cause.

Response time was great, met my needs.
