Simple and effective

Cerebral has matched me with a great fit for a care counselor and a prescriber. They listen to and learn my needs, and help me with any problems that come up.

I never received any services. They told me that I am unable to be prescribed medication and that I should be more than entitled to a refund. However the support team is very predatory. They do not allow you to get a refund even if you never received any service. They bill you again even after the 30 dollar trial period and they will not give you a full refund. They will offer you a 75% refund and they will not stop auto billing you. They charged me 30 dollars, offered me a 75% refund for the 85 usd charge, and they billed me for 85 usd again. I told that I had wanted a refund since the first month. They bill me for 3 months, I advise you to call your credit card company to dispute these charges.

Jodi is a fantastic provider. Very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. Cerebral makes it easy to get care. Highly recommended.

I've never needed something more that was so easy to do from home as a single mom.

It was wonderfully helpful for my adhd until yall chose to stop medicating. People like me need these meds. I cannot afford another psychiatrist. I cannot believe yall are more concerned about people abusing medication than people THRIVING AND BEING ABLE TO LIVE BECAUSE OF THE MEDICATION. disgusting.

My experience has so far been amazing! Everyone I've dealt with have been very responsive, very professional, always prepared for our session, and remember me. The remembering me part is definitely big. It honestly feels like the people I'm dealing with see me as a person and truly want to help!
