I have been suffering with anxiety and depression for years. I honestly therapy once before coming to cerebral and I felt like I got nothing out of it. Between my prescriber and care counselor I have been doing great I’m so grateful for this program. I finally feel like I have a handle on my mental health and I’m getting better. I recommend Victoria for your care counselor she is so amazing. She always help me understand what I’m feeling and how to cope with those feelings.

So I started out with Dr. Nwamaka Oneyeogo through an emergency state. I spoke with her around 9:30-10pm EST, and she had sent medications through to my pharm that same night and I had them early the next morning. I saw her every month after and most were good, but there were the occasional times I had a meltdown on the phone with her and she worked with me straight through it. I’m sorry to hear she left, I wish her the best, but I also like my new dr cara s as well. I’ve spoken with her twice so far, she’s very understanding with me as well and is still helping me with my panic/anxiety issues. Dr. Nwamaka Oneyeogo Pulled me out of a bad Depression/suicidal state and helped keep me on track, and Dr. Sottile is helping me with my panic attacks/anxiety.

The mental health clinicians are great! Everything else sucks! I’ve requested information to file out of network claims with my insurance for a month now and I have gotten no help! It’s infuriating! I get the run around instead of an email with the information needed. I’ve literally sent them a letter from my insurance just to be ignored. It’s like they want to screw me over financially!

I had a fantastic therapist, but suddenly she was unavailable and I was charged my subscription fee without being able to make an appointment. When I went to customer service to ask for a refund and to have my account put on hold until I could get my therapist back, they said it was a subscription service, so I could not have a refund. They said would however help me find a new therapist, which was not what I asked for at all. I cancelled and I will be looking into joining better help which is more affordable and hopefully better at customer service.

Fraud. They will keep you on a recurring subscription forever.

Better than I expected. It feels good to know that I made the right choice with Cerebral. For those of you who are hesitating, don’t think for long. You can feel a difference Today if you give it a chance. I did.

I have always had a hard time calling to make appointments, remembering them, and going to them. Cerebral allows me to do all of this on my phone. Most of the communication is simple text messages. My anxiety is greatly reduced and I can now get the help I need in a consistent manner.
