Not a good start- I scheduled my initial review to meet with a clinician using their scheduling tool. There were multiple warnings about being charged for a no show yet the provider never showed. I was in the digital waiting room for about 40 minutes before just giving up. UPDATED:: Then they responded to the Trust Pilot review by calling me CASEY..... Who is Casey? My real name is clearly listed on this review.... 07/17/22 UPDATED: I rescheduled my initial appointment - the clinician (A. Eason, APRN) never showed up AGAIN. If I missed an appointment they would charge me $30, but when they miss initial appointments, not once but twice they ask you to reschedule. I want a refund. The most valuable thing a person has is their time and I am unwilling to spend another 30 mminutes in an empty waiting room and pay for it too.

extremely slow to get anything done. prescribers are so rushed you get real bad service and meds that dont work mainly because they dont listen to you too busy jumping to the next 15m appointment ( absolutely ridiculous). a waste of money and time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Cerebral. It is a wonderful platform to get quality mental health care. Their prescribers and counselors listen and actually help you on your journey to better mental health. I recommend it very often.
