I have tried other counselors in the past. My counselor at Cerebral has been the first to help me in years Unfortunately they are laying off my counselor. I am very disappointed that I have to start with a new person.

Covid forced me online to search for a new therapist which turned into a blessing! Being asked meaningful questions truly made the difference. My new therapist very well might have found the issue I’ve been struggling with for YEARS with no answers. A medication change combined with my current medication has been quite literally life changing! I was apprehensive about an online service, but I feel more heard and deeply listened to. Looking forward to continued success and great mental health!!!

I was struggling through a really rough day after many years of dealing with depression. I visited the website after some google research and signed up. Moments later I was able to speak to someone at 8:30 in the evening. The person I spoke to was extremely caring and understanding. They helped me calmly assess how I was feeling, and they were able to diagnose me with results I felt were educated and backed by true knowledge and research on these subjects. I was given solutions so quickly it boosted me for the rest of my evening. I felt hopeful for the first time in a long time. Thank you.

I’ve only had my first session, but the therapist I chose seems to be wonderful. I already feel lighter just having someone to share my thoughts with. I feel hopeful about the future in a way that I haven’t felt in a while. The app is very easy to use, it was way more affordable than I expected it to be, and when I put my phone on a stand it feels like I’m sitting in a room with someone. I was a little worried that the video chat would be disconnected or feel cold. It didn’t at all. I highly recommend this service.

My prescriber, counselor, and care coordinator are fantastic to work with. I feel very supported and it’s so easy to communicate anytime I need to. Plus, they’re all extremely personable and make me feel super comfortable. Everything about Cerebral is so much better and easier than in person care!

As someone who has been dealing with mental health most of my teens, all the way into my 30s, this company is the best I’ve come across. They could see me within 2 days when local offices were 4-5 months out. They are available at all hours to message if I have issues and the doctor if meds needed tweaked was always able to see me within 3 days. They were not covered by my insurance however the money was 1000% worth it to get my life back on track. Now that I am on a stable dose and just maintaining, I am having my meds taken over by my primary care physician and canceling my service(canceling was sooo easy). And when I need meds adjusted in the future I will 10838292% be coming back to them for however long it takes to get back to right.

The prescriber helped me figure what works for me and I feel much better. It is convenient and helpful, and gives me hope in my struggles with depression.
