I expected a better negotiation. Also, if well protected from bad dealres, sales, a good communication from concierge is missing. I am a migrant and had no idea how to proceed with the car purchase, so the service offered was appropriated.

I would use CarEdge's concierge service again and I would recommend it to friends and family. While I do think they ultimately saved me money, I would have been content with simply a fair car price as the certain value of the service is in time saved and frustration avoided. I made sure I was a very well educated car consumer, but knowing and recognizing the games dealers play only made it that much more irritating to deal with. Having someone else manage all the hassle was worth the money. I wouldn't say the experience feels "white glove", but it did feel effective and efficient.
