I signed up expecting them to help me find a vehicle and bring some transparency to the process, but they completely failed to deliver. They supposedly got "out-the-door" prices for me and explicitly told me I could lock in those specific deals. Unfortunately, it was all talk—none of those deals ever actually materialized. In the end, they didn’t help me find a vehicle at all. They promise a lot about cutting through dealership games, but my experience was a total waste of time. I would not recommend their service.

made me registering for pulling the WS for the 2024 Subaru and after doing that and downloading the pdf, it said "we're unable to provide WS for this car". TF you're asking to register then??

Donavon I. is my superhero! Since I was buying a 2026 Kia Carnival SX I decided the higher trim cost was worth the concierge fee and I was NOT disappointed. My experience with CarEdge was positive in every respect. My concierge, Joe, was friendly, informative, and great at keeping in touch. The fee was easily covered by the discount that Joe negotiated. When it came time to ship my car, I had an equally positive experience. Drew, who supervised the shipping kept me well informed. This has been the most positive experience I've had purchasing a car and was worth every penny I paid for their help. I will definitely use them in future.

At the end of September we purchased a 2022 RX350 using the CarEdge Concierge service. I vetted CarEdge for several months prior to opting for the Concierge service and I was very pleased with the outcome. After three phone calls asking questions re the service, I opted in and was contacted immediately by their representative who made a determination re what we were looking for. We had very specific criteria that the car had to meet within a specific budget. Our concierge, Anthony Haley then made immediate contact with us and after advising that the criteria for this car set a high bar, he went to work. The result, Anthony not only found the car but also negotiated a $3400 reduction from the internet advertised price! After accepting the offer he then informed us what we could expect arriving at the Lexus dealership and confirmed he'd be available every step of the way. Upon arrival at the dealership, everything went exactly as advertised. It was truly the best car buying experience after 55 years of buying/selling cars. Kudos to the CarEdge, the Lexus dealership and Anthony Haley who was the prime mover in this transaction. I'd select the service again in a heartbeat.
