My experience of Car Edge was great up until the point I tried to get a refund for not ever using their app. I paid for a month of the negotiation app and then decided that I didn't want to use the app to negotiate my car. Hence, I received no value from the app. However, I was told I couldn't get a refund. Honestly, I would give a zero out of five if I could. Hiding policies like this in 10,000 words of a TOS is exactly the kind of value and culture I understood Car Edge was standing up to against car dealerships. You can't look down your nose at car dealerships when you are engaging in the same practice. This is the definition of lack of integrity. I probably would have been more proactive, if that trust hadn't been developed with CarEdge in the first place. Now, I can see that trust was dramatically misplaced.

I get very high anxiety when going to a dealership. I don't know enough about cars, fees, what's actually needed and what's not. Car Edge Concierge handled it ALL for me and I had very little anxiety during the process. I kept thinking this is too good to be true! I live in Ohio and I was able to purchase a car in New Mexico and have the car shipped to me. I will never buy a car without Car Edge!!!

The Subaru was being sold but it was not shopped. The person helping me did not get a quote from carvana or Subaru or Carmax. He just accepted what the dealer offered. I had to do the negotiating which got me $2000 more. More importantly i had to run back and forth between dealers which cost me a lot so what was the point of using CarEdge?

CarEdge Pro gave us the inside info we needed to buy our new car. We got a good discount at an A rated dealer that was good to deal with even though we had to drive 2 hours to buy the car. It was worth it. Thanks, CarEdge!

I recently bought a new car in a nearby city where I live with the help of Josh from Caredge. I went straight to their top-tier program ($999) and was glad I did! It was fast and easy getting an out the door price that I was comfortable with. To be honest, I don't know exactly what I saved, but I know had I dealt with the dealer myself, I probably would have paid for items I would have thought were necessary because of my lack of knowledge. As it was, I paid a couple grand just outside the sticker. Would I use their program again? Yes I would, Josh took all the time, stress and foot work off of me that I feel it was worth it! I found the vehicle, contacted the dealership and negotiated the price entirely on my own. The people I worked with through caredge were very kind and likely knowledgeable but for $1000 there was little sense of urgency. I am not sure what I actually paid for.
