The Subaru was being sold but it was not shopped. The person helping me did not get a quote from carvana or Subaru or Carmax. He just accepted what the dealer offered. I had to do the negotiating which got me $2000 more. More importantly i had to run back and forth between dealers which cost me a lot so what was the point of using CarEdge?

I found the vehicle, contacted the dealership and negotiated the price entirely on my own. The people I worked with through caredge were very kind and likely knowledgeable but for $1000 there was little sense of urgency. I am not sure what I actually paid for.

They warn about Extended Warranty pitfalls. I bought one through them five years ago for my 2021 C8 Corvette. I just had a claim. The company gave me (and the dealership) the run around. My car sat at the dealership for repair for 6 days. (Thank goodness it was not my primary vehicle!) I reached out to Your Auto Advocate for help. I got a voicemail. I left a message. From there; not a returned phone call, not an email, no help. I would recommend to avoid Your Auto Advocate. It seems to be smoke and mirrors!

They could have done better finding my car and negotiating a better price. Michelle constantly sent me the wrong vehicles when she did a search. I won’t use them again and do not recommend them.

My experience: went thru 3 concierge people. Original contract initiated on 12/11/25. Email of officers on the 12/15-16. I emailed Sergio 12/16 my choice. I spoke to Sergio on the 12/12. I told him of a SUV local to me that was specific to my vehicle. I told him, that model had been on their lot for 150 days! Resent the email on 12/19. He lost my email? Contacted by Magee Greco on 12/22. And 12/23. The original model that I told Sergio about sold the vehicle 2 days before Maggie made contact. A manager by the name of Tracy called 12/29. I explained the situation of my needs and All the difficulties. I then spoke to Josh on 12/29. The purchase and delivery of vehicle did not complete until 1/21/26!!! The vehicle battery was DEAD. I had it toad to a dealership 1/22/26. Picked it up on1/26 Due to work and a Snowstorm. This was not a good experience for the $850.

Very disappointing experience. My first contact person located a car for me that did not meet my specifications. My second contact person got me a discount of $500, which was a given with my Honda Loyalty discount. Both persons were pleasant and responded to questions but their performance was far from what I had hoped for and expected from professionals. On the other hand, I did very much appreciate the many videos from Ray and Zach. Very informative.

I used CarEdge Concierge hoping to have an advocate in the buying process. Unfortunately, I ended up paying essentially sticker price plus tax because of how the negotiation was handled, and I had to push twice for them to even negotiate for me. When the car turned out to be a poor purchase (dealer issue), CarEdge’s response was, “our hands are tied.” They were polite but provided no support. My experience was that they did not deliver on their promise to truly advocate for the consumer.

I purchased the "Negotiate for me" feature for two cars at $9.99 each (or something in that range). One dealer never responded, and the other dealer didn't respond with any pricing in 5 days. I called Caredge, and they agreed to refund me for one of these.
