Excellent service. My representative handled every detail from negotiating the best otd price to ensuring the car was ready when I arrived at the dealership. Even the finance office was a breeze. I was in and out driving my new car in record time. I will always use the concierge service when buying a car.

The CarEdge team found options for me that did not show up in my ordinary searching and visiting the new dealerships and CarMax. In looking for a Subaru Forester, I saw vehicles and brochures that made it seem as if the only choice of interior color/style (at the trim level I wanted) was the all-black upholstery. I was disappointed that there were no other choices at that trim level; however, the CarEdge team found me other choices that included alternatives. I was also totally pleased with the speed and accuracy of the arrangements from CarEdge.

I had a very good experience with CarEdge, especially working with Anthony. He handled the negotiation with the dealership for my grandson’s car and made the entire process much easier. I had already done a lot of research, but it was extremely helpful to have someone knowledgeable looking at the deal objectively, communicating with the dealership, and helping me understand what was reasonable. Anthony kept me informed and never made me feel pressured. By the time I went to the dealership, the important terms had already been worked out, which took away a lot of the usual stress and back-and-forth. I ended up with a car and a price I felt good about. I would definitely recommend CarEdge, and Anthony in particular, to anyone who wants help navigating and negotiating a car purchase.

Because of your videos we knew what to lease and what to buy. (Warranty obviously is a big part of our lease choice and why we leased). We knocked off $104.00 a month for the best model and package. I had done prior research on using a Concierge Service to negotiate pricing on a new vehicle. I made the decision to use CarEdge.com after 5:00pm EDT on a Friday. Colette Davis one of the Logistics Coordinators reached out to me within an hour with two initial options. Anthony Haley contacted me on Monday to let me know that he had negotiated a $1939 discount on the vehicle located closest to me. I approved the purchase price and the dealership contacted me to finalized the purchase. I was saved the time and hassle of having to negotiate with the dealership. I feel that the cost of using the concierge service was a great value. The purchase process then took an additional 6 hours total and two visits to the dealership. I wish that there was some sort of service for the purchase component. However, I was able to drive home with the new vehicle on Tuesday.

I don't enjoy the car buying experience and Car Edge concierge made it easy. I think it's a good value service that pays for itself.

My daughter, who graduated college and lives in Oregon needed to upgrade her car. I live in Texas and the last thing I wanted was to have my daughter go toe to toe with a dealership. It would've cost me more to fly up there for a weekend than a car buying agent. Zee and Michelle were awesome for us. Very responsive and got my daughter set up with a real nice truck. Zee negotiated everything, got more for our trade in than Carvana was offering. He stayed on the phone with my daughter the entire time she was at the dealer! Overall they saved me about $7k!!! I will never set foot in a dealership again. Way better car buying process.
