I do a lot of research before buying an auto. I decided to try “CarEdge” before purchasing. They were fantastic. They helped me say the “right” things @ the dealership. I felt like I was in control the whole time and not on my heels when dealing w/ the dealership. I highly recommend “Car Edge”!

Great tool!!

I don't usually like to pay for something I think I can do on my own with some research, but Caredge exceeded my expectations. They have lots of tools (I didn't use them all) from Cost of Ownership, to Reports about pricing of specific cars, videos about how to handle the buying process, etc. I was buying a used 2020 BMW 330i, which was going to cost me ~$30K, so I went for the Caredge Coach plan ($99), which provides live coaches by chat, within 5 minutes. It's true! Every time I needed a coach (5 or 6 times), they were there within 2 minutes. They helped me evaluate specific cars and deals, negotiate with the dealer, handle the pre-inspection process, and more. One key takeaway from coaches and Caredge: if a dealer is not willing to send you a fully-inclusive Out-the-Door price before you come in, don't go there! As it turned out, the used car dealer I bought from was so easy to work with (which Caredge's comments helped me to choose), I didn't have to debate/argue with them much at all; rather, the dealer. It's hard to say exactly how much they helped me save, but it was much more than the $99 I spent.
