I paid 49.99 while the service is in beta, and so far I've been mostly impressed with the work the AI has done to help me get closer to a deal, but towards the end, the AI told me they accepted my offer, then replied again saying it hasn't heard back, so I said You said above Brian said the manager would accept my offer and the AI told me it was lying and made the whole thing up. I have heard AI lying before, but this is a service I paid for, and it's not just a white lie; it told me they accepted my offer, it lied about an offer acceptance, and that's major in my book. I thought a deal had been made, and it was lying. I'm not saying don't use the service, but be warned and keep an eye out when using it. I have screenshots of it, but I can't post them here, unfortunately.

My experience with car edge was wonderful they sourced the car negotiated the deal and all we had to do was go in and sign papers. Every person along the way were very helpful. Great service.

The overall service is ok but the company used to inspect vehicles (Lemon Squad) was not as good as they could have been. They missed numerous issues that I discovered as soon as I got into the vehicle. An example is the blind spot monitor that is a $1200 repair cost. This is just one of the issues that Lemon Squad missed but the most expensive. The dealer said they made an inspection and did repairs on the vehicle. However, once I race the truck and had an independent inspection the repairs they said were completed were not actually completed. This is also a dealer I would not recommend to anyone.

Awesome. Great service, fast, hands free, got me exactly what I wanted in less than half the time it would have taken me solo. If you hate the car buying process and want to skip it and get a great deal, go with these guys.

First time user of CarEdge and could not have been happier with the entire process. Customer service was excellent with timely and accurate communication. They found almost exactly the new car I was looking for, negotiated far more off the MSPR than I ever could have, found every incentive available to lower the price even further, and guided us on how to get the best price on our trade-in. Basically walked into the dealership, dropped off a check, signed a few registration forms, and drove away in our new car. The whole process was seamless and quick. We ended up with the car we wanted and feel like we got a fair price. Well worth the fee.

Fast response to my inquiry about the service. Then almost immediate identification of 4 vehicles that fit. The pricing and features were spot on. The dealer was superb to work with since Anthony had negotiated the deal. My only time with the dealer was picking up my car. Had the car within days of my initial inquiry.

Your miles may vary depending on the outsourced person they assign you for their Concierge service. Mine was very bad and missed simple things that I wouldn't have missed if I negotiated personally which in the end cost me more money and more of a headache. I was refunded most of the cost but even that wasn't enough because the sale of the car cost me MORE than if I just negotiated on my own. The most disturbing thing was that I was referred a "dealer" by caredge to get me a second key that was missing from the vehicle I purchased and when I called that person my phone went crazy saying hang up immediately that this is a scam. I looked up the number and my phone was right, this number was NOT a dealership or even who they claimed to be. Car edge referred me to a dealership for a new key and programming at their lower cost that turned out to be a spoofer trying to steal my info and money. I was so pissed that I didn't even care to message them about it. This isn't even including the fact that the car was missing some mats and the shipping to my location was so delayed I ended up paying so much for a rental car as I had no vehicle for over 3 weeks. The estimated shipping was also 50% more than they estimated the price to be. Car Edge says they won't refund more than I paid and refunded me just 850 leaving me with and expensive missing key at 1449 to replace. At the end of the day I recommend to stay far away from this service as they just don't have consistent systems in place to assure you have piece of mind and that you don't get financially screwed or scammed.

I was fortunate to find the exact vehicle that I wanted at a local dealership and this simplified the process by eliminating the "search" phase of the undertaking. As soon as my negotiator, Jamer, became involved, I answered a few questions and he took the lead. Within a couple of days, Jamer contacted me to let me know that he had arranged a deal for the vehicle that I wanted at a price that was SIGNIFICANTLY below what I had expected to pay, and all without any of the usual pain of negotiating directly with the dealership. This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. HIGHLY recommended!
