Once CarEdge had my $ for their concierge service all communication with my "concierge" ceased. Their sales manager refused to communicate. I cannot imagine a single thing they would do for me that I can't do myself. Avoid at all costs.

There is a huge disconnect between the website for free and the paid version (my.caredge.com). The search feature is almost useless for the cars I searched for. A Toyota Rav4 is one of the most popular vehicles. Yet the website can't seem to locate Rav4 XSE trim models after multiple attempts. I feel my subscription offered 0 value over other search tools online.

The CarEdge YouTube channel seemed to provide good info, which took me to their website which had some info blurred. You could buy a subscription to get the blurred info and/or buy their Concierge service and let them do all the negotiating for you. I was very interested in the Concierge option. I stumbled upon the exact vehicle I wanted and figured I would check the blurred info before letting CarEdge make my deal. So glad I did, the CarEdge Insight Subscription did NOT provide any useful information. The info provided was “Discount Unlikely”, “Fair Price” was blank and the “CarEdge Recommendation” was a helpful “Try and negotiate a deal, but don't be surprised if the dealer won't budge.” I reached out to support and was basically told to expand my search. I took this as I didn’t live in the correct market for their service to be useful. I would not recommend CarEdge’s services unless you live in a large populated area.

We just drove our new CX-5 home after following Ray and Zach's advise. We were able to get a slightly better deal than the site had suggested and we are thrilled that using the Car Edge skills we learned came through in a big way. Thank you Car Edge!

CarEdge provided my wife and I with the information we needed to negotiate a fantastic lease on Subaru Outback during the time of COVID. The car acquisition resources they provide to the public are transparent mostly free and extremely helpful. We are getting ready to buy again and CarEdge is our go to. The negative reviews are for the most part laughable: trolls or disgruntled competition.

The company provides some great insight into how to buy a car and what to ask. They also provide great info on MSRP, Invoice pricing and a good "deal price". I was actually able to get a better deal than what they said I could (maybe because this is the 5th car I have purchased from the same dealer) BUT The data on Caredge made me sure I was getting a good deal! Also - their videos are priceless and great education! I waited to purchase until They told me to (well and everyone else on their videos!)

I just bought a certified Mazda CX 30, using the concierge service at Car Edge. A special shout out to Jonathon and Brian who worked to find me the right car, then went to work getting the best deal for me. My car was even delivered to my house. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to skip the dealership and everything that entails. I really appreciated how quick and easy the whole process turned out to be, and I'm very happy with my car purchase.
