In my OPINION, Ray and Zach speak to their audience in a very condescending manner. Listen closely to their words and mannerisms as they are speaking to their audience. They speak as if they are speaking to a five year old. Instead of just giving facts and speaking in a direct manner, they speak like their audience are a bunch of morons. Does that surprise any of you, dealerships speak to their customers like they are morons and Ray was in the business for 30 years or so. Does it surprise you that he is speaking to his audience in the manner he was trained in? Do they have good tips, ABSOLUTELY. Do they give valid insights in buying cars, ABSOLUTELY. Do they give you valid do's and don'ts in buying cars ABSOLUTELY. Do they speak to their audience in a condescending manner, ABSOLUTELY. JUST MY OPINION!!! It's hard for me to trust anyone that talks down to me. From what I see with their review ratings being so low, I can see I am not alone in my opinions.

CarEdge tries to push services just as much as the dealers now. Selling leads to dealers, selling warranties and the concierge service. Unfortunately that service has gone downhill as they focus on growth and getting as many deals done as possible. Where as before they focused on great service. Be wary of them charging $899 to finish the deal in 24 hours. That’s likely not the best deal just their first good deal.

I bought it all. The monthly membership ($39 a month)and concierge ($1000). The membership was a good value but the website is glitchy. I couldn't get it to change my location zip code after trying 5 times. I don't want to search 50,000 cars nationwide when I was only interested in my local area first then expanding it outwards. It seems to me that it is not managed by people who don't think like a car buyer? Then I tried the concierge service. The representative led me to believe I was asking too much and was embarrassing him to the dealers he was working with. I sked hm to look into another model and was informed it would cost me an additional $500. Sooo I lost the $1000. The whole idea was for me not have to negotiate. I ended up negotiating by myself now $1000 light. I got a an OTD for $2060 below MSRP on a brand new Maverick XLT. Something my concierge agent said was not possible. I love to watch Ray and Zach and , of course Kim and have learned a lot from them. The membership was helpful when I could get it to work. Concierge was a complete disappointment

Caredge provided some useful information regarding cars in stock at dealers and a decent target price. HOWEVER, please beware that you are signing up for a monthly subscription at $30+ per month. I thought I was buying a one time 30 day access to the website. I think they are a cheesy company that takes advantage of consumers.

Although I did not utilize the concierge service, I have been watching Car Edge videos on You Tube for the better part of a year. I recently bought a '24 Jeep Gladiator Mojave X for 50k OTD, using all of the tools made available for FREE on their website, as well as the valuable insights offered in their You Tube videos. I love the dynamic between father and son, and will continue to watch relevant videos, to stay current with car trends. As well, I am recommending them to everyone I encounter that mentions they are in the car buying market. Thank you, Ray and Zach! Keep doing what you do!

Not much value here. Many dealerships in the area were missing. Many features of the site really just don't work. You're better off looking on Craigslist for free, at least for used cars.

Do not waste your money. This company recommends their preferred dealer with shipping to your location. DO NOT USE THEM. We found damage to the windshield and the hood and they will not cover the repair as we had signed for the vehicle and the driver was pressuring us to sign.

While I wouldn't say caredge is a scam, they certainly aren't what they represent. They will not help you find the best financing. they will not help you with your trade in, determining the value or price. They are not there to help you avoid unnecessary fees. they will reluctantly help with negotiations. What stuck out with me most was when my rep would mention cars a dealerships they have a working relationship with. Then I was told to pay for fees, because that is how the dealership makes money. Clearly, they need to keep a good working relationship with dealers, which means caredge customers pay dealers BS fees/charges. They are not trying to get you the best deal, they are trying to add another sales layer to the process; one that the customer directly pays for.
