The company charged me for VIP service that I never signed up for! I've been going back and forth with them for a week trying to get a refund! Now they offered me 50% of my refund! Who does this? This company is a scam and I filed a complaint with PAYPAL!

i love the browpro product,this is my 2nd time ordering.however the 1st time i ordered 1 set last year you sent me 4 and chged me. this time i ordered 1 again and a extra 51.00 came from a cometic shop down south.my bank was able to stop it.

I ordered this product on 5/05/2025, and received a text with an order number on 5/07/2025. The text said that the product was slightly back-ordered, but thankfully my order had recently shipped. The text said that my order should arrive in 7 -10 business days. That said, I am still waiting, and if the other reviews are correct, I'll be waiting forever, and the product will never arrive. I won't try to get my money back because that would be a wasted effort.

I would not even give one star, what a fraudulent company taken money each month for a so called subscription..absolutely outrageous. Total scam..Beware

I wouldn't even give them a full star I ordered from them and never received what I ordered to top it all off they said they will NOT refund my money because it was already processed and shipped in which they can't refund my money...needless to say I've been waiting on something I paid for that hasn't shown up...and now they're responding like 50 bucks I paid that never got refunded them saying it was lost in action like I dont understand how they can charge for a product and then not send it I lost out on close to 80 dollars for them to do this horrible company never ever again

ACTUALLY A BIG FAT ZERO STAR!!! Thank goodness for Paypal, the charges immediately appeared in my inbox. WHAT? I bought the powder and the stamp, clicked NO THANKS on the numerous popups, which they claimed I clicked on. NO I DID NOT. They then told me I can return the product when I receive them, I IMMEDIATELY SAID CANCEL ALL as this is minutes from my transaction, and there is no way in hell that they shipped it out or even processed it. I had already communicated with Pay Pal who advised me to cancel with the vendor so did just that. After a round of emails, I finally see all the funds credited back to my account. AND TO ALL OF YOU, DON'T FORGET TO CHECK YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND REMOVE THIS COMPANY FROM AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS, another thing I did not sign up for but miraculously through their crooked software automatically enrolls you.

CE SONT DES FRAUDEURS! J'avais commandé un seul produit et j'en ai reçu 5! Un dossier d'enquête sur CETTE cie a été ouvert par ma cie de carte de crédit. De plus le colis n'était pas identifié au nom de cette cie, aucune copie de facture ou de référence, et je ne sais même pas ou je dois le renvoyer pcq j'ai une adresse de la cie de livraison, une adresse aux USA, et une autre adresse en CHINE! Je vais garder la petite boite que j'ai malheureusement ouverte, mais je ne veux rien savoir de tout le reste! L'estampe à sourcil...sérieux? Une vraie farce pcq c'est une vraie cochonnerie qui ne tient pas au toucher, qui ne se met même pas, pcq personne n'a la même forme de sourcil et il serait hydrofuge? Quelle mauvaise blague! J'ai demandé une adresse VALIDE ainsi qu'une ÉTIQUETTE GRATUITE pour déposer le colis chez POSTE CANADA. J'attends des nouvelles et j'ai hâte de me débarrasser de ces produits au plus vite!

Ordered never received. Tracking info stops after 5/3. Looks like arrived to u US 5/3 then tracking which is all in Chinese stops after 5/3.
