After an error in an order made by me I requested a refund. Took awhile but it came today. Very helpful Thank you I am loving the BrowPro. It’s so easy to use. I highly recommend it.

I had a problem with my order. The communication from the team was amazing. Claire was fantastic, she sorted out my order and my problem was resolved. Great communication!

The product, itself, is exactly as depicted. Perfect brows in seconds. But, it's the customer service that's outstanding. When ordering, the website has pop-ups that are very confusing, and it is easy to make an additional purchase that you don't want. In my case, I mistakenly ordered extra product. Customer service made good and gave me a full refund. I found the people at this website are kind and reputable. I recommend the product, also.

The order process was great until the order was complete. Then there are some deceptive links that look like you may need to click them before your order is complete. Those links are actually additional items to purchase. That being said, Claire was great at helping me resolve my purchase error. I'm looking forward to trying the product that I ordered.

I encountered issues with an order I had placed and asked for it to be cancelled after realizing it was in error. This company was very helpful and refunded my money with no delay. I appreciate this type of service and want to give credit where it is due. Thank you for working this out with me in a timely manner.

With my original order they added charged I did not authorize or ask for (express shipping, additional item). After emailing them they did credit me back Now a month later I get another charge and I don’t know what for! I haven’t ordered or received anything else from them. I am trying to dispute and they’ve said I signed up for a subscription which I did not!!

Was charged for expedited shipping and handling but after complaining it was removed and refunded. 30 days later I was charged over 31.00 for a monthly subscription I never agreed to. They offered to give me half my money back. It is a rip off company. Do Not give them your card number under any circumstances. They will withdraw and then argue with you and only give half back. Also the website scrolls and flashes very quickly to try to get you to click on things you don't want to click on..... another tactic to trick you out of money.
