With my original order they added charged I did not authorize or ask for (express shipping, additional item). After emailing them they did credit me back Now a month later I get another charge and I don’t know what for! I haven’t ordered or received anything else from them. I am trying to dispute and they’ve said I signed up for a subscription which I did not!!

Was charged for expedited shipping and handling but after complaining it was removed and refunded. 30 days later I was charged over 31.00 for a monthly subscription I never agreed to. They offered to give me half my money back. It is a rip off company. Do Not give them your card number under any circumstances. They will withdraw and then argue with you and only give half back. Also the website scrolls and flashes very quickly to try to get you to click on things you don't want to click on..... another tactic to trick you out of money.

Hidden charges!! They charged me for “VIP access”. I never received an email and never activated the account. They had no problem charging for the subscription. This is very unprofessional. The product also did not work. They charged me over $400 for subscription and refunded $186. Not really trying to help me at all. At 1st they were only going to give me back $15.82. I asked for a manager multiple times before I actually was transferred to someone else. They said they were refunding 6 months. I was supposed to receive an email confirmation of the refund but did not.

I recently made a purchase with this company for $12. I checked my card today and realized I was charged another $45 so I called customer service and they told me it was a membership fee that I signed up for. I did not sign up for this. Do not use this company they will use your card info without your consent!!

I somehow got tricked into a monthly subscription. I have tried 7 times to cancel this subscription. I finally got an email saying they had received my cancellation. But every few days they still try to take money out of my account. It's always between the hours of 3a-5a. Luckily I used an account that I only use once in a while. It all seems like a scam to me.

Got 2 additional charges from another company. Apparently when you buy you sign yourself up to some subscription - you don’t receive anything you just get charged !! PayPal would not refund . If you’ve been charged go to PayPal and check subscriptions and take it off x Product was ok but not additional payments x 2 !!!!!

There are no hair line strokes on the stencil. Just a solid lump of colour. Very misleading and disappointing. I cannot use this product.
