Do not order from this company. Trying to return product since the sent me the wrong color. Also product does not perform as indicated on ads. Complete run around….im out 118.00….should have known better!

Same complaint. Took 2 months to arrive and then they took money out of my bank account without permission. Reported them to my bank and BBB. Do not do business with this crooked company!!

My complaint is a bit different....I never received my order and it's been 45 days! Thankfully I paid through PayPal.

Same complaint of everyone else. I did NOT agree to purchase more or join their club. Got the one and paid for it a month ago...now today I was charged $31.83 for I am not sure what but, that you for mentioning reoccurring payments in PayPal as I went in and stopped that but, not before they already for me of the $31.83. I sent them an email. Waiting for response.

SCAM ALERT – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! If I could give Browpro zero stars, I would. This company is blatantly deceptive and misleading. I was drawn in by a $19.99 offer for a brow stamp, plus a 10% off code that brought the price down to $17.99. During checkout, I was presented with upsell offers — 3 additional stamps at 15% off, and expedited shipping for $12.95 — both of which I explicitly declined by selecting “No Thanks.” Here’s where the scam kicks in: after clicking “No Thanks” and then “Complete My Order,” the system secretly adds the offers you just declined to your cart without your consent. I only discovered this because I received a credit card alert showing I was charged $48 instead of $17.99! When I called customer service (clearly outsourced), I was told I had supposedly agreed to buy 3 additional brow stamps and a $48/month recurring VIP membership — all because I used the 10% off code. What kind of shady business practice is this? At no point did I authorize any of that, and I immediately canceled my entire order. While customer service was polite, it doesn't excuse how manipulative and unethical this company’s checkout process is. This is a classic bait-and-switch operation. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Browpro — they are not to be trusted.

0 stars,I wish I’d read the reviews before buying this,they did the same to me,I ordered one set and got charged for another three,the three being blonde to w Iam not,Iam in Australia so in total I got charged over$100,I am so pissed,I have my bank involved now disputing this,so disappointed they did this

I ordered from browpro and I thought I was ordering 1 set, however, my bank alerted me "declined, duplicate charge". So I checked my account and it showed 1 withdrawal for the brow stamp that I meant to order, then another charge for $51.00. I immediately called my bank and started a dispute. When I went back and looked, they trick you into signing up for a VIP membership for a cost. I emailed browpro and explained that I did not want to pay for a VIP membership and that I had already contacted my bank. They immediately emailed back and said they were so sorry blah blah blah and they would refund my money. What shows in my account is that my bank refunded the $51.00, not browpro. I also received a text the next day that said while they were short stocked, my item has shipped, however, I checked my Shop App today (Apr. 4) and found that my item hasn't even shipped, so they lied. There should be something that can be done about this company! All these reviews are saying the same thing! Imagine how many people don't dispute and all the money they're getting away with stealing!

I will never buy browpro again. This is a giant scam to extort as much money as they can get their hands on. I bought the browpro for 17.99usd. When checking out it appears I agreed to VIP membership and a further 3 browpros. Luckily paid through PayPal and cancelled the recurring payment, they are now saying they will only refund 50% of the 31.63usd as I knowingly submitted to VIP membership but gave 100% refund on a pack of 3 they say I bought.
